Dropped a few seeds three weeks ago to supplement the ones in the mountains, checked them today, and apparently one was an auto, it's flowering. Talked to my sis in Cottonwood, going to make a quick stop on the way up, she's got bags of blackberries for me, she said they're real early this year. Up where I'm at they aren't ready until mid-september. I love making blackberry jam, good christmas presents. Going to see how the plants I left on a timer are doing. Probably throw a handful of 15-15-15 on em and that'll probably do it for the grow. Suppossed to get into the high 90's in your area, mid 80's up in the mountains. I was a little bummed out this year, none of the fruit tress had any fruit on them, I guess when we had that hot spell in March they all flowered early and then got a couple hard freezes in April that killed all the fruit. Last year we were loaded with apples and pears, even a few cherries (the birds loved them).
