Wow first i've heard of a hardcore PSer going xbox wow. Seriously.. Dude Ps3 is coming out with a joint called 'Move' which looks like it will bury wii. Ya I loved the original xbox online play was diesel but then Ps3 had wifi free online and yeah at first was sloppy but they put tons of money into it and it's solid as fuck and I love it. I hardly use my PC anymore since getting a PS I just use it to store music that I stream to my ps3 so I don't have to use HD on my ps. I too never thought I'd be owning a ps3 back when.. Funny how that shit works. Got a Wii too, but never use it unless a got a broad over or lil fuckin kids. Chicks love the wii lol.

yea i loved the ps systems never even owned a reg x-box... i was so loyal to sony.. the online gamin is what brought me over.. plus i got bout 20 homies in the hood that all have the 360 and play online.. i think thats what really sealed the deal... i'll def have to look up some revues on the new ps3 games that are gunna be released.. if there dope i might be headin back for awhile.. :rock yea they do.. my wife loves her wii.. that damn tennis game makes my arm hurt evrytime.. lol..

Believe you me you won't be mad. Grab a ps3 get god of war 3, Uncharted 2, and Heavy Rain and you be good for a sec. Trust that. Ya I used to diss people who owned Ps like xbox owns it, but I fell. Tennis and bowling are dope but I can damn near get strike everytime.. Ps3s move looks way more precise and innovative..

get a 360 dude, the online game play is dope, yea the ps3 has a blueray player but the 360 streams netflix in HD also you can download tons of movies in HD from the zune player as well as thousands of tv shows..it has all the major networks and their programs.(discovery,natgeo,mtv,history,etc).ergonomically the xbox controller spanks the ps3 for comfort, and build quality..(ps3 is light,small and flimsy feeling, i have man hands not lil girl ones) graphics wise their the same..the ps3 does however have wifi and an internet browser which is nice..and as far as the ps3 move thing:giggle...xbox has this..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p2qlHoxPioM

No doubt, call of duty is the joint.. That is one of the few games I keep forever. Plus I like war. GTA is ok online, but MW2 is the bidness. WAW still gets play. GOW is dope as hell I recomend if you haven't played 2 or 1 you get the compilation for ps3 with updated gfx to get caught up they run in a row. Plus I like trophys better than achievements, at first I didn't but they grow on you, honestly didn't like ps3 at first but it grows on you quickly just takes awhile to adjust from 360. As far as gfx Ps3s color pallete is double the size of 360s and the controller for 360 is still butt. Just a copy of PS controller enough so they don't get sued.

Ps3 murders the fuck out of xbox, but xbox has a more stable online community which costs 50$ a yr while Ps3s is IMO better suited for me and is free. Ps3 also has Wifi and bluray and actually uses bluray discs to put there games on. Also has 7.1 surround sound and a zillion other things.. Xbox well it has nothing reallly except a buncha gay ass menus and a sturdier online base. Was once an xbox fan and then I got both and dropped my xbox out the window. Thing is loud as fuck, ugly and defective. U want some nextgen shit ps3 it. You want some loud ass white box with a bunch of lil kids cussing you out xbox all day. I could run 4 ps3s at the same time and 1 xbox and you'll still hear the xbox over em, turning it on is like turing on a helicopter. It also comes with a power supply that is about the size of a 400W digital ballast.. Ps3 just has a plug and hdmi plug, which xbox of course doesn't have hdmi port.. Just pathetic really.. That's what you get for rushing your shit out and trying to get a head full of steam..Plus Ps3 upcoming exclusives will also murder xbox to death. Ps3 homi, straight like that. BTW avatar on bluray looked sicc as hell, and was dropped 2 weeks earlier on bluray. Expect that to happen a lot in the future. peace

They have had HDMI ofr a while now before it was only the elite but now they ALL have it....PS3 is for little kids that play 1 player RPG games,,,

i consider myself a gamer and its the ONLINE COMMUNiTY that i enjoy.

i dont know bout that bro.. the 360 has world class titles that the ps3 cant even get there hands on.. gears of war, halo series, alan wake, all the exclusives for modern warfare 2, fallout 3, GTA and not to mention bout three times the amount of games and a way better online base.. you pay the 50 bucks because its a CLOSED circuit.. x box has there own servers which the ps3 doesnt have which means SUPER slow online play.. the ps3 does have a blu ray player and prob better graphics overall thats it.. the 360 murders it in every other way...

P.S and everything that they have in common like bein able to play netflix from ur console.. the ps3 got bout 6 months after the 360... theres a reason why the 360 has murdered the ps3 in sales.. thats because its a better ALL AROUND system.. IMHO...

I have had Xbox 360 since GRAW ( ghost recon advance war fighter) and i have been playing with the same group of people since then, years!!!! were like a pack a unit if you will and war games are the shit when you can communicate and invite friends and squad up. Smoke a fatty and get into some intense war shit.
THE ONLINE COMMUNITY SHITS ALL OVER THE PS3 THERE IS A REASON MLG USES XBOX

Now if your just looking to fuck aroung sometimes when friends come over and mostly watch movies then the ps3 is the best choice for you.

Ya I don't care to argue I have both I know whats what, and as far as an hdmi port, Nice. But wtf good is a hdmi plug on a dvd based system they can't send information fast enough for the poop ass component cables that came with it let alone an hdmi, just overkill. And was another way to tax their customers. Which is another reason I said fuck em. I think the coolest can figure out what's what. Good luck bro. Just another tid bit, out of the people i've known who had 360s about 70% of em had to send em in to get fixed for one thing or another and it takes em weeks to fix and a few had to send back more than once and were pissed and all they did was give em 1 free month of xboxlive gold, ohhhh. special. I had to send mine in too. Didn't care though was playin ps anyway. Another coo thing about Ps is you can have someone buy someting from online store like a movie, map pack, tv show whatever you can think of and then you can sign in on their account and dl it to your HD free. So me and my boy split DL fees. And ya sky I have about 75 people on my Ps3 list all champs at COD and we run it. MLG uses xbox ? How they play socom? Mag? Wierd.. I guess they only play multiplatform games which do occasionally run better on xbox. And for the record TheCoolest don't buy ghost recon it's poop..

i like the ps3 controllers over the xbox 360. but i think it cause my hand size match the ps3 better. so you might want to check that out. because other than the blueray player on the ps3 the both do the same thing really. except xbox has halo. and ps3 games sometimes have a tad bit better game play added to them. (really small things but they are there)

everybody hit the nail on the head... if you are looking for a media device...ps3 will suit your needs, but if you are an online gamer and hate constant drops on online gaming.... better get that xbox and live subscription.

both are nice....but man you sure can tell what you pay for. i used to hear folks bitch about having to pay for xbox live.... then i fucked up and got COD mw 2 for ps3 mainly cuz my homeboys had it in real life.... i never had so many crashed games and lobbies and cant connect this cant connec that. cant migrate host.... omg fuck me!!! that shit be pissing me off sometimes.... especially when im about to set off another nuke on their asses
