Some people have great success with them..some...like me..have not.
Sounds like your getting the walk around from both co's. I would go back to my retailer and see what they had to say since they are the ones who have "your money"...besides some non-sense about 14 day return policy. Your not returning an item because you don't like it, it's returned because its a faulty unit. I'm pretty sure CAP has a 3 or 5 year.
The folks have CAP especially the tech guys have always been good to me man. I would keep trying. Good luck with it.
