It's all good, things happen for a reason. We might be able to get you that grapefruit after all as a result of this thread.

We have tests in from a strain that is 7% CBD's right now, but I don't know if I believe the lab results. Every other strain came back >.1, which I never see from Full Spec, RM2, etc.

Thanks man, you're one hell of a good sport. Yeah I can't begin to tell ya how much my bro and I would appreciate that. It's pretty much the sole reason he moved out here and so far he's doing better than ever but still on his prescription meds and this is what hes been waiting for. If that happens I'll have to eat my own words and formally apologize for my shenanigans.

He knows of three people that have come off their meds completely while using cannabis as their only means of control, so this isn't some crazy ass idea like a lot of people with epilepsy think it is. Most think cannabis should be used just to control the side effects of the prescription meds. Well I guess their right because one of my bros side effects from the meds are in fact seizures. Now that he's been medicating every single day for a year out here, he's been free of them. Yeah we're enjoyin CO. :friday:

Im not believing it. I smoked some of it (told it was Bubba Kush @ 7% cbd) and it was not near stony as some of my 1% or less buds. With that high of CBD it should be headcrushingly lethargic- straight sleep meds. But most def wasnt...

Like I said... I have my reservations. ;)

@Turbo: Amazing, right? Any time we can get someone out of the hands of big pharma and back to medicating naturally, it's a great day. I'm not sure that many people realize how frightening seizures are, especially given the fact that one can come on at any time. Feeling like you have that control back in your life alone can be a huge boost for a patient.

Unfortunately, most of the revenues MMC's see comes from those at the other end of the spectrum, those who don't share your requirements for specifics. So, most places don't give a shit about patients.

Moving forward patients will start to see MMC's that actually care about their patients, and I think places like releaf are doing exactly the right things to show themselves as a top quality MMC. You won't see activism like this from most places.

However, the positive thing about the green boom in colorado is the fact that patients like yourself are able to come here and live, and medicate without having to worry about being on a bunch of pharmaceuticals. I don't think testing of meds would be nearly as popular without all the mmc's.

Truely amazing man. And you're right, its frightening as can be even if you're not the one with epilepsy. I've watched my bro get knocked out for what seems like an eternity, when its actually just a few minutes. I get way too damn emotional about it, but i'm always in the same mindset that hes not going to come out of it. Tell you what though, it made me want to help more people out with cannabis than just my bro after seeing what it does for him. I bet you get a lot of good karma doing what you do.

LocalGrowGuy- Word man.

Yeah, that feeling of helplessness is something I'll never forget.

Yes siree turbo, that's why I'm GIVING strains out that I know are good for certain ailments. When you see the relief on peoples faces that cannabis provides (I'm not talking about a stoney eyed shit eating grin, but yes that's entertaining) it really changes your perspective on marijuana. It's a crime to hoard medicine in my mind.

Well, I just popped some brazil amazonia. Supposed to be 7-8% CBD and like 16-18% THC. It will be 4 months before I know.

I do have some grapefruit from my outdoor harvest that I could test to see how the cutting does on CBD.

Do you guys recommend full spectrum? If it's high in CBD it will be made available.

TG, what's the stoniest you have smoked? Have you ever tried black domina? that's supposed to be a crippling stone, not fun for recreational use.

I can't speak of their clones, but my patient with MS LOVES their strains like Flo and Juliet.

You should consider talking to Centennial Seeds, they are in the game for genetics, and they can likely push you in the right direction.

Also check out kindreviews.com and their strain library, he posts on some sites but the reviews are VERY patient-friendly. You'll find good info there.

i am particular on the strains because my wife has a AGGRESSIVE form of ms

A while back i met the owner of the "clinic" on Holly. He said his wife had MS and that they had found her a good strain for it. That is all i can remember though.

I have an MS patient that swears by our AK47, so much so that we dropped the price on it to $40 an eighth. Don't have any clones in stock, but I'll talk to the warehouse and see what I can get in.

I love good AK47... Does yours smell like something died?

Sweat rotting flesh type of smell?

My AK type afghani's have always come out very astringent, smelling like witch hazel. That's how I would classify an AK, somewhere between astringent and fruity/berry.

Stoniest is a tough call, toss up between the Candy Kush and some Mendo Purps i smoked in norcal. That shit had my head ringin for sometime.

My AK-47s always reminded me of sandalwood. I have used AK-47 in a bunch of crosses, including AK x Bubblegum and AK x Chocolope... I have both going now. All of Serious Seeds stuff is very stable. When a seed company only has five strains, you know they're going to be tight! Never a hermie on any of their gear.

Thanks TG, I've got some purps on order so we'll see how it perfoms in CBD content.

Bud, I've never run any serious seeds strains but I've been interested in their bubblegum. Any experince with bubblegum from serious?

I grew that strain for years, and have some seedlings going right now. Also have plenty of f2 seeds.... it's extremely stable... I'd be glad to hook you up, anytime, she's a beautiful plant to grow, plenty of colors, and that stinky candy syrup sugar smell. A decent yielder, too, and pretty easy to grow.

I have some 7.87% CBD hash with 6.24% THC if yall want to compare the effects.

I would have FSL retest, I have got a few different crazy test results from them and had to retest.

I can only get the CBD's to 3.0 max on my oil and I have tested a few processes from myself and elsewhere.

I was also gifted a strain from a group of folks that test alot of stuff at the labs but I couldn't get her to do what i wanted, it was definately a haze strain though and it was supposed to be in the 12%cbd range but again I didn't get that from her. I got a hermie biatch...

Controlled heat and time in your cure is the best way to convert and increase the cbd's IMO

Lost this thread during the upgrade, but we will be releasing clones of Centennials Waipi'o Hapa late next week. We're also going to offer them at half price to help introduce their genetics to some more people. Their roughneck we have in stock right now is tremendous medicine.

How'd you like that big girl I sent over? Did you get enough cuts off her? :)

It's a nice plant and she roots really well. I'm sure your patients will be happy with the herb. Thanks for the kind words re Roughneck.
