Ok here is what I found out, Im posting in this thread, and the roots excel thread someone else started, hope nobody minds,
This is what the rep told me in an email today, ""we are house and garden.us ...the u s owners..we represent H&G in the u s....we are not the scientists. My boss owns the rights to the name here in the u s...he actually went to holland and brought it over here years ago. If anyone sells it they have to go through him. he told me that the reason why we don't talk about the bacteria is because of labeling issues and we don't want it pulled from the shelf in certain states. But unofficially...I can tell you there is def bacteria in there...thats how it works...Thanks for your concern....Peace""

Doesn't Humboldt Wholesale have exclusive rights in the US for H&G?

So if bacteria is indeed present, neither Zone nor Hydrofungicide should be ran with RE.

Even though Im rather new here, I have spent about 100 hours reading, and have seen several farmers that were saying it is a hormone product, and when I first mentioned it people pointed me towards doubleds who supposedly used excel with hydrofungicide. I saw someone say they had called the rep, and they said there was no bacteria in there, ill find the link.

I did find a quote by doubleds "Every nute company has there gimmicks and hg's is iron. There is so much more nute's available to the plant that you get the claw very easily, esp when your 400 ppm's less than you normally run."

and when I talked to the rep, he mentioned the product had light nutrients in it, so Iron might be a big part of the product, just a random guess though.

Guessing by your join date, I don't think you have ran across all the conflicting info on excel here at the farm. go to the doubled forum, most the people who followed his advice were using roots excel with hydrofungicide, his section has close to 200,000 views.

I am familiar with the MPB forum. It is a shell of what it once was and would not even be that without the early work of dizzle, north, boots, etc hyping it up for alll you groupies.

The way you groupies quote him like scripture and still are clueless amazes me. Yes, dd uses RE with HF, but even that was overlooked for the longest by the groupies if not for dizzle if my memory is right.

This debate of zone/hf and re combo has bee done to death and its conflicting. Dd even later bpycotts hg canada and rwcommended something "-5000" as a rooting promotor later on instead.

If you guys are going to quote the man so damn much, at least stay on his jock and follow his directions

I dont know about 3 days but I dont like hygrozyme for any recirculating systems. Im a zone lover. And if roots exc. doesnt like zone. I would ditch the re.
