wow that is a really big difference between the two sides....are you 100% absolutely sure that those didn't have any sort of advantage ie: larger cuttings, larger root mass at start.......or were they really on an even playing field. if so i'm gonna have to get me some digilux :confused0054:

Dude I swear to god every last cutting was on an equal playing field besides the one I'm the back right it was a little on the small side but had more root development then the bigger one so I rolled it... The closest ones on the back 4 were all tilting towards the digilux the back 2 had all hortilux blue and that clone was big. As soon as I put the digilux down they started throwing out shoots everywhere. Side by side the digilux looks brighter and has a more reddish looking glow to it. You can tell whatever it is they love it and I do too. I love it so much I'm bout to go buy 2 digilux hps to bloom with and keep my hortilux hps bulbs as backups or something.

Have you quantified any difference between the two with a light meter? Is this your first run in this setup?

The last nug shots are a beauty. Whatever setting you used on your cam, use that for nug shots, the last shot does it justice.
Using correct light settings for taking pics makes all the difference in the end result.

Yeah this is my first run in this setup and I haven't used a light meter but the hortilux blue is 80,000 lumens and the digilux is 120,000 and has a more reddish spectrum the digilux is the winner hands down in my garden.

It might just turn into that I should make it my grow journal huh? I have never done one yet. It could get interesting from here.

I think you should... We can all learn and grow together that way, and enjoy the eye candy during bloom... :cool

Believe it or not those are off my iPhone 4 video. Those pics are actually from me pausing the video and taking screen shots. Wait about 4 weeks I'll have some super hd bud shots for everybody. The camera looks way better.

All nutes are h & g full line up my water is 5ppm r/o water. I also use botanicare calmag+ and gh ph up and down and aquashield in my mom rdwc station. Nutes in UC are 780ppm @ .7 which is probably a little much but it's ok they don't seem to mind. Rh in my UC room has been between 40 and 50 and co2 has been around 500 to 1500 ppm. Max temp has been 81*f and lowest has been 68*f. All plants have been super cropped this time instead of topped.

Wow, great update for sure! You really hit every facet needed to succeed with a UC system.(chiller, dehuey, AC, co2 etc etc...) You're no doubt going to kill it.

Very nice set up Mo. :)

I already know trust me when I tell you that... That was where my first grow went wrong it's been a wrap ever since. I'm about to start flushing the veg nutes out today... The only thing holding up the show is the slow r/o unit. And thank you!
