you can probably just buy a longer float from home depot(bend it down if cant adjust low enough) for it to get the water levels lower

Roflmao yeah they can keep the job that's why I bought the uc cuz i dont like working for other people but they do need a heart to heart talk that's what I meant by that lol... Even though employing the Quarterback would probably be their best move :)

my 2 cents

i've built out a few of these uc's in the last coupla weeks, and i must agree, the soap is a bad call altogether, especially if your only water supply "in the room" is RO water. After a few installs, i tried using really concentrated potassium silicate (luckily had some old school barricade, shit is like hair gel!)w/water and it works great! no need to dump your water out after a "soap rinse". Plus your plants won't mind those silicates one bit! tho, i would recommend an initial rinse to get any plastic remnants out.

Either way. great system, i've spent maybe 2 hours in the last two weeks of veg....plants are looking great with just aqua flakes, root excell (dies out fast in oxy enviro) and drip clean! dosing root excell back up every 2-3 days.......not looking forward to the clean up tho :tmi left out the algen for that sole purpose

Here's a few pics of my bubba Kush with the full h&g line under 2 1000w digilux mh. The far side in the pics started under a hortilux blue which after 1 week due to drastic differences between the digilux side and horitlux side was quickly replaced with another digilux. Pics are @ 2 weeks veg.

Probably about another week. I plan on topping them tomorrow they usually take about 3 days to snap out of it so the bloom cycle is going to start next week or so I'm thinking. I have been trying to wait for the other side to catch up but the last one finally spit out the patented donkey bubba leaf I always find myself looking for. This bubba cut puts out these retarded oversize leafs by far the biggest I have ever seen on any plant in veg not only do they get long but they get wide too. I usually let them go about a week after the first one comes. That is like their sign to me that they are ready to start getting busy.

No I top like a week before flower they usually take 3 days to snap out of it. I don't send them to flower until I see steady new growth again for a good 2 or 3 days then I pull the trigger.

wow that is a really big difference between the two sides....are you 100% absolutely sure that those didn't have any sort of advantage ie: larger cuttings, larger root mass at start.......or were they really on an even playing field. if so i'm gonna have to get me some digilux :confused0054:
