Someone lied to you I know where to get seeds now. I also just used some dpd pollen to hit up some of my strains. I crossed DPD with my Urkle, Afgooey, LA Pure Kush, the Purps, and Arcata Trainwreck. Should be harvesting these seeds in about a month :harvest: .

i have only tried 2 strains in my life that were purple and worth keeping one was this strain called primetime almost black purple and better than bubba another one has no name and is in the san fernando valley being horded nicely this shit was purple and it hit like a bubba on roids , i have tried gdp,purple erckle there cool taste bomb but the high is kinda weak also tried querckle same thing taste bomb but high is weak

Sannies Killing Fields? That looks really nice Kush Fields! I grew out some of their El Monstre, jackberry x Blue Kronic, no purple. Was hoping. That looks promising. How many phenos turned purple on ya?

Good thread. I am trying to get a # of different strains of color to create something the likes of which has never been seen...yes I know going to be a long shot. but I will have access to many different flavors and color very soon.

Yea, that plant was from Sannies F2 seed. He's claiming 70% will have coloration, from pink-blue-purple, and I believe it! There is a few different phenos in color/leaf/bud structure all of which smell/taste great with a creamy to peppery smell. What makes this plant great though, is the purple pheno still has a pretty strong smoke... most purples lack that punch. In addition, these colors are not resulting from cold temps like some strains, its just straight purple!

As pretty as the purple is though, I mothered the green pheno... creamy smell, high yield, frosty, but mainly it has a crazy strong sativa high with no paranoia that I just love.

homebrew420, its a long story they were 20+ yearold seeds from my father, there is a whole thread on it with photos under the name black african seeds.newest pics are on page 23. im trying to get more seeds replicated so i can get the strain out there. it is a legendary strain and all the stories that go around about are great. Its massively potent unlike alot of purples,top shelf all day. its a great allround high what ever your doing it suits it from couching to hiking.

Dropping your temps down into the 50's in the end of flowering will almost ALWAYS bring out crazy colors.. at least in the leaves.. purple calyxes.. that's purely strain dependent.

I've grown Blue Sattelite 2.2 and got some killer phenos off her. Did not keep a mother because I had no more room. Grape Jam taste. Nice.

I have 5 purple phenos of Killing Fields and some pink too as mothers waiting to choose.
I have an indica dom that is ready at 8 weeks and sativas that go a full 12. Waiting for the smoke test.

Purple Wreck from Riserva Privada is good too.
