I have been a little research and tracked my problem down to what I THINK is Mosaic Virus... Does anyone here have any knowledge of this? Here is a photo of the problem..

Regardless of the discoloration the plant is vigorous and HUGE for only 24 days 12/12, in fact the fattest girl in the garden at 24days.. Any help is much appreciated!

I can't tell from those pix, but there is a LOT of information here on the farm about mosaic virus. Not much to do about treatment, but preventing further vectoring to other plants is a must.

Like Seamaiden said, isolating the problem & preventing a spread of the disease to other plants is the most important thing to do. I have only read about it, never having experienced tobacco mosaic virus, but I always take precautions. I am a smoker, but I never allow smoke in the growing area. Also, I wash thoroughly prior to entering the growing area, particularly my hands. Better safe than sorry with diseases that attack cannabis.

i think it looks like a deficency of some sort. i seen another pic of this plant in a differnt thread. i see some clawing from to much N little bit of burnt leaf tips and some purple stems. im not saying to rule out mosaic, but wait until you get one(clone) that dosent show signs of other problems 1st. then if you see these issues consider other options.

Are you using R/O water? if so maybe try bumping up your cal-mag. id say pretty much feed it the way you have been but give it a bit less N next time and more cal-mag.

Here's one way mosaic virus manifests or expresses. I don't know enough to say that manner of expression is due to any one thing or set of things. I have seen pictures of plants with leaves that, as I mentioned, became deformed and bubble-textured, crepey if you will. The leaves on this plant do have that to some extent, but it's almost hardly noticeable compared to the mosaic pattern the virus causes, along with the leaf-twisting along the central/median vein of each leaf lobe.

Thanks Kid! I too am starting to think it is not Mosaic.. I have literally tried EVERYTHING with this girl though, more N, less N, no N, more Calmag, more p, less p, more k, less k, EVERYTHING. She just keep truckin along.. She is literally THE fattest girl in the garden too, her buds are huge for 30 days now.. I am wondering if it's just some kind of genetic mutation?? I have a few nice clones going of her right now and they are in some fully amended soil, all the new growth is coming out the same.. I am stumped on this one :friday:

security issue - computer root files

I think you skipped a step there, all I see is the path to the file on your computer.

Albany, if your not having any pest issues, or reduced weight in yield I'd say don't worry about it. If its not otherwise affecting anything in your grow run with it, leaves could grow weird for alot of different reasons, I wouldn't be too quick to determine its a virus.

You can't link to a local file dude.

You have to upload it.

I, for one, see absolutely nothing wrong with the OP's plants.

wheres your ph?
most defencies come from bad ph unless your feeding schedule is totally jacked
if your really worried about it give them a good flush and raise/lower your ph a lil

Just an FYI--there are many, many, many mosaic virus species, that affect a wide range of plants.
