That sounds very nice. Skimmed through the bill and it all sounds very nice. The licensing fees for Dispensaries and Growers is a bit steep, but I am sure you would make it back quickly.

Only a few hours from the border - might be time to move to nags head! ;)

250 sq feet? That's nothing bro that is nowhere near the best no other states officially have a sq allotment hell I have two ngrow rooms that are 1000sq ft but glad to see a bill out there push for it and try and get rid of that tiny space limitation bc that's crazy

250 sqft isn't enough for personal consumption?

I didn't see the limits on growers (ie: growing to provide to dispensaries), but I would think 250sqft is enough for personal use. That's like 2 10x12 rooms. I would have to re-read the areas in the bill for this, but they define it as 250sqft of canopy. And they define canopy as mature plants, I think. If that's the case, then you still have room for clones and the like. And not sure if that 250 includes veg space as well (it probably does).

Yes 250 is just as a patient, they have set no limits for producers. Clones don't count as canaopy. Not sure about veg. I am not saying it is THE best just one of them. Not many other states have dispensaries. Also protects workers rights and people who need organ donors.

I live about 30 miles from the line,Ive been watching this for a long time,we have a some old bastards here in Tn.,but we also have a bill that made it through a senate sub committee last month but it wont get by our governor

Our Governor has told us she supports it.

After what happened a week or so ago I doubt it happens. The SOH (speaker) said it would be a cold day in hell before North Carolina would legalize it. To many old fogies and hypocrits in office!

It doesnt matter what he says if the support for the bill is there. This is the most diffuclt part of getting these kind of bills passed is the support from the people, alot of people are just scared to have thier name's on papers supporting Marijuana thinking the police might strat watching them or some sh--. People said itll be a cold day in hell before we have a black president, maybe its already cold down there

States need the money. Once they see how much they will steal from the commoners (tokers) they will let it pass.
