One sided view. Seems to me she is merely trying to protect the program best she can from the feds.

Seems like the right thing to do.

Though on the prison thing, the whole privatization of prisons just seems unamerican to me. I cant believe we do it. To give over such authority and power simply because someone wants to make money from it sickens me.

Way to go Jan! Now instead of weed being grown in state supervised places, everyone with a card can keep growing. You rock Jan! I hope you keep this tied up in court for the next 5 years.

If your in with private prisons then you have to against medical marijuana, gotta keep that criminal class out there to fill those private prisons.

It may be a good-thing!

As KAL EL said, it's my understanding that mmj card holders will continue to be
allowed as far as the AZ-gov is concerned to grow for personal medical use while
this case goes through the courts. But dispensaries may not open until it's resolved.
So this may actually allow me and others like me to AZ-legally grow for a longer
period of time as a result.
If so, this is a good thing as far as I'm concerned!
Go-Jan! :rastadancing:

This is the best thing that could happen to smaller growers since Prop203 was announced. The whole mmj fallout is towards large scale growers and disp. blatantly breaking fed law on a massive scale. Disps talking about at the very least starting 500+ plant grows when anything over 99 gets you fed time. The Feds are tired of these pricks fucking them publicly, now the Feds say it's our turn and were not going to lube up beforehand.

Personally I couldn't be happier, better selection , price, and quality to the patients. Eventually AZ could be all connisuers no low grade volume being pushd to patients by big corporate dispensaries.
