What documentation did you find? Do you just mean the wiki page, because it isnt well sourced at all (as it mentions on the page). Also, I'm pretty sure there are three different types of chlorophyll as defined by their peak absorbtion, not two. I wouldn't put too much stock in that page.

Also, I am focusing on the higher levels of spectrum effects on flowering.

Meaning does the blend of the Red/Far Red effect flowering and size of flowers?

Alone, the far red would create stretching and put the plant to "sleep" state.
Red would flower.

What would a combination of the two lights as the Emerson Effect states do to flowers?

the far red is the 660 nm that is in high concentration in most led grow lights having eqaul amount of red and far redd will acheive the emerson effect red is 630nm far red is 660nm-750 nm the higher the wavelength gets the less there should be 10:1 ration for 660nm : 730nm. these do not put ur plants to sleep. infrared is above 750 nm this should not be included unless u want to manipulate phytochromes the infrared does not put plants to sleep it just tells the plant when to go to sleep and when to wake up for ex. 750nm-800nm turned on 15 min before lights out and off 15 min after lights go off then 15 min before lights go back on and 15 after. this will allow u to flower a indica with only 9 or 10 hour dark period with a sativa it could be flowered with only 8 hours of dark time. deep red and infrared will only cause plants to stretch if there is more deep red and infrared then there is red. which is why a good place to start would be with the total deep red not being more then red . 660nm weavelength is actually more important then the 630 nm most grow light companies include much more 630 nm then 660nm and 660nm is so close to red that it usually does not cause stretching unless there are 730 nm wavlengths included with little 630 nm
