Serious yellow dry spots on leaves... please help!

I'm starting week 4 of flower and a couple of the smaller plants are showing leaves like this. The yellow spots are quite dry with the leaves taking on a shriveled appearance. Problem looks pretty uniform, all affected leaves look like this. What's the remedy? Seems to be slowing/halting bud production.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated! Thank you!
