Alright just gone done in the garden on this foggy sunday, Im happy to report every thing is growing really well :D. You can also see my worm bin and compost tea brewing ;) These plants love the tea and I just give em a dose of it weekly (Cant hurt em).

Im contemplating putting Larry's OG Kush or Master Kush in a 15 Gallon pot I have. So give me feed back on which strain!

As for the strawberry cough in the soil it has really taken off in the last few days with the heat we've been getting! I had to go out and top it again because it didnt top the first time.. This pheno has been known to do that though so I just go top it again and usually it tops.

The little seedlings in the back are preparing themselves for d-day. Ill be ripping out more then half of them in preparations for some beans that I will be trellising the others with.

Now the last two pictures are special, You all know they're seedlings :D Now they're a special strain. Specifically a fiber hemp strain. They are known to be high in CBD so I'm giving them a whirl.

Hope you enjoyed!

Well as the weather outside got worse I moved inside! Working on the vegging babies that are making a comeback from the Root aphids. Right now I'm working on six plants for the flower room. Two are being done in a favorite way of mine, the other are using old school LST and plenty of topping ;).

I dont have any perlite at the moment so I cant throw some soil for the guys I just tied down. They are gonna go in 3 gallon pots by the time they're ready to move into flower. The guys in one gallon pots are growing pretty quickly to, I topped everything on one and only a few branches on the other.

Im going to try and create the best Sea of green I have ever done so far, with my most vigourous/Branchy sativa.

Its gonna be a good round so stay tuned ;)

Howdy folks, I noticed it had been a whole 10 days since I posted an update on my outdoor, And dont worry an indoor update is coming soon (Just did some potting up and pruned my mothers back to get them producing clones again.)

Anyways the Strawberry cough is doing amazing outside as you can see...

DSC02757

Honestly Im a little worried, They've grown this much in 10 days! Its only may 3rd :D I have quite a bit of training ahead! I didnt call the original mother the VW Bus for nothin haha! In hindsight one plant would have filled that entire area..

I hit everything with some Caps Bennies Tea, hopefully any RA that came from the inside outside with plants have been killed by the Foliar Pack. Gave them a nice foliar feeding too.

Now this is my breeding project right here. They're a bunch of seeds that I mixed up, Im phenotyping and choosing thens to cross with. When breeding I dont need names I need words that help me know whats going on(ie Purple Indica etc) I need to get more nitrogen to these ladies, Even though thats like 60% very well composted manure, They sucked it up in the first month of life.

Also Does anyone have good advise on selecting males, I always like to hear opinions. My personal favorite is to see if I get stoned from smoking the leaf, Very early in the morning when I first get up. If get an affect I know its a good choice. But Im thinking about just aiming for vigor this year.

Thoughts?

Arnt they adorable? They're High CBD Hemp seeds. Im currently doing research trying to breed the CBD Dominance into the Strawberry cough.

A few odd notes about this strain is that it doesnt respond to topping well. Its ment to be grown in large fields acre by acre.

Another great thing about it is its mold resitance. In those fields there is not even a speck of mold. Now dont think they use commercial fungicides, because they dont!

Thanks ken :D

So since I have your attention, Im thinking a hoop house wouldnt work very well on those Strawberry cough. Its about a 7x3 area. Any thoughts? I would be protecting them from the fog/rain of early september

I just watered and facepalmed a little bit, Forgot to bring the camera in the grow room ~.~ More pictures coming from in there tonight :p

I don't know much about Strawberry cough Chobble. Thats a Sat Dom. Could be way too big to cover by September.;)

The last few days I've been potting up and have allowed my room to get a little messy. I apologize for the dirty floor :p. Anyways Im getting ready for round two, even though I should have started a few weeks ago (Damn RA screwed me up hard style).

DSC02769

This is one of the plants going to flower in a week. I have it and the sister plant sitting about a foot from the T5 right now hoping it'll stretch from all the nodal points. The Strawberry cough is one of the most vigourous growers though, So I expect a nice Bush in a few days :D. All the branches are about a 1/2 inch up so far, Waiting on ~3 inches to top them again and flip.

DSC02771

This is my Strawberry Cough mother. She's recovering from the RA, and she hasnt been doing to well. I had to cut about 15 cuttings off the other day, as they would of not been great cuttings. With this style of growing I try to keep as much old growth and new growth separated and it pays off at the end of the day!

Bonsai pot plants ;)

This mother has provided me with about 200 cuttings since last summer, When she was cut off the original mother.

DSC02773

Not all my plants are unhappy though :p I got 3 of these guys going, In about two to three weeks Ill be flipping them, Just potted them up yesterday and they'll be moved to the 3 gallons. Anyways, I think it was ttyystikk who recommend taking a clone and just pulling it over and then topping it. I normaly top then pull over. So Im trying that method on this SC cough, which hasnt been tested yet ;).

Seedlings Seedlings whatya gonna do. Its a full moon, and a super moon at that. So I thought it would be a good night to go germ some seeds. I got 27 planted, 12 of my Haze x Purple Kush, 12 of the seeds from the Master Kush that hermied (One lady that doesnt herm out of the bunch and Im happy, damn good genetics right there).

Then you can see some clones I cut down because they where about a foot tall, and pathetic. Hit them with some FF nitrogen nutes to get them going again and will work on transplating the babies in a few days.

Howdy all!

Doing a mid week update cause I can :D Your last outdoor update has been 5 days! So heres whats goin down!

DSC02779

These ladies are getting fat and flowering early! I dont mind! Hopefully the pull all the way through harvest or Ill be bummed. If they re-veg and flower again in fall I dont think it would be to bad either.
Do you guys think they'll pull through?

DSC02783

Bud on a breeding project. Crossing it with the most similar male looking for the sweet smell and purple coloring :D The male is in his own little green house thats air tight so he's kinda unhappy but he's fine. I only have six females left from this breeding batch so hopefully seeds from here will be good.

DSC02784

This is the OG, She's packed on a couple inches in the last few days and I'm happy to see she hasnt flowered yet which is a good sign. I know I can harvest her a little early so the mold won't get the worst of her!

DSC02786

Going solar! So Ken do you think this will keep this lady from flowering? If so I think its a little bit cheaper then running a CFL :D This thing spews light to. Also look at the little marigold on the right! haha :D

I would if I did just worked from home, Unfortunately I'm not home at the right time every night. The good thing is that they may just finish flowering because they started flowering a month after going outside.

So which ones are the ones u say ur starting in june?

Thats kind of a difficult question as I havnt exactly decided. Im waiting on some seeds of a very special cross, and the best strain I've smoked to dat. A 30 year old Hierloom strain.

I would love to run two of those guys outdoors, otherwise Its my master kush or Strawberry cough going out. I got two little guys veggin in 4" soon to 1 gallon and they'll go outdoors if anything.

Honestly, even with the RA it was some of the best Strawberry cough I've had. I also smoked out a bunch of stoners at the local collective and got great reviews. People still call it there favorite strain and are asking when more will be ready :P.

It has the sweetest taste and the greatest high. 19% THC ill try to scan the lab test tonight.
