Bro, if I were in your shoes I would start looking up info about aerated compost teas with beneficial bacteria and earthworm castings. There is lots of info on this subject here on the Farm, and from what I've read, once you have the clear snot, the only way to get rid of it is with a 'farm team' of bugs on YOUR side. Zone, H2O2 and all the rest of the sterilants are going to be more than a rearguard defense, and what you need is a good offense.

Capulator would be a good person to start asking about stuff like this. Yes, I know he's a vendor for beneficial microbes, but he only started doing that after he discovered how effective they are! He's now far more knowlegeable than ever about the whole subject of beneficial biology in your roots, to help your nutes and for foliar applications.

Update heres a few pics of how they look nothing to bad but i did lose a lot of roots many it hurt they just died off and were mush. After a fell clean out I havent seen any aphids or white slime but its only one day fingers crossed. I have a shipment of uc roots coming so we will see. The cc staff is great! Heres the pics

ttystk is giving you solid advice. After weeks of issues the tea was the only solution for me. I would say my belief is once you start a root sterilizer plan, stick with it the whole cycle. You dont want to stress roots with many new products. Ucroots worked exceptionally well for me in veg, but once I transferred to Uc it was non effective against my bacteria problems. My prob was dif then yours though. Do not use zone and ucroots together!

The fact ur roots grew back so quick, means ur plants are strong and healthy overall and that is good news. Look for first signs of root issues once they touch the water, if none, good news. If they get a lil dark, slime, or turn away from the water then dont hesitate and make the tea. IMO
I know it sounds funny but my roots literally ran around the net away from the water and spread out....they hated my Uc water til the tea went in, and boom..off to the races again!! Contact Capulator and order his bene's he recommends for water culture along with any quality earth worm castings and ancient forest and molasses to feed the tea. Theres lots a info here to make it.
looks positive otherwise. Shady and bgoggles, cap, ttystk along with countless growers here gave me the same info im posting. Props to the farm.

cool thaks againg hoagn i will do that when i see any issues.

On another note my small pre flowers seem to be burt or all the hairs are red and curled in. Since i have fixed the problem tho i have seen new white pistils on the lower flowers . Heres a few pics i took.

not sure on that, someone will chime in for you. I have hairs die back every week and new ones reappear. Dont worry about it.

oh ok cool i was really tripping about that but i went in today and saw new hairs on most plants lower sets hopefully it will move up to the tops soon. I went and checked my ppm and they were 450 and my ph had went up to 6.3 from 5.4 , im thinking thats a pretty good sign that the plants are eating. I think in my aero i would add only more cal mag and bud xl and moab at this point and ph back down. What would u guys do.

I experienced hair die back as well when I had a hermie release pollen into my room. Hope thats not it in your case. keep an eye on a few spots and see if seeds start to show in a few weeks?

that would suck hogan but hey i guess ill learn the hard way. Heres a few morre pics as of what the room looks like as of today.

Everything looks really good to me tipper... what was your question?

I wsa trying to wrap my head around the vpd theory. Also wanted to ask according to the vpd calculator for plats to work perfect they need to be in the range of .85 and for me to get into that range it was by me upping my rh to 70 - 75 and keeping my temps at 80 sounded kinda crazy but seems right what would u think

If you want to run about 80F in your room, then for veg growth VPD theory suggests an RH value around 70-75%. If you're in flower, I'd drop it by about 10 points, but that's still around 65%. People start to get a lil crazy about this, so before I get a bunch of haters screaming that I'm advocating for bud rot, I want to say that this is very specific and relatively demanding indoors. Don't try this without a dehumidifier in the room at night, otherwise humidity will spike and that's when people have trouble with molds and mildews.

no problem what would u recommend at night for a good rh mine stays at 64 at night and 64 during the day.

Whatever RH you determine is good for daytime at the stage you're in, you would not want to go higher than that at night. If this means running a humidifier during the day cycle and a dehuey at night, then so be it... Once your plants get big and healthy enough, they will generally do all the humidification necessary- then you'll be running a dehuey pretty constantly.

umm i see , ya im good right now i think at night possibly might get me a dehuey especially for night time. Did u check the thread and see all the issues i have had. man I have been so lose to saying eff it.

I know that feeling! You know why good product is so hard to find? Turns out it's a bitch to grow! Which means, not everyone has what it takes- brains, guts and willpower, but mostly simple tenacity- to stick with this until they have success.

Hmm i didnt think of it like that. My first hydro grow was aeroponics and i went through a lot the first grow but i made it and found out how it worked. Now i understand why my friends would say i was getting better once i was 3 cycles in. Had great comments and thought maybe i could do the same here but it has been a very humbling experience for the least and the learning curve is very steep. Im kinda glad that i have found a new mountain to climb and its not your average mountain. Im always down for the struggle makes me stronger i feel. I guess il be on here for a lil bit longer you just got me thinking again lol

Yeah, I tend to do that... my friends call it a disease, lol.

hell ya hey gotta push yourself to be the best

I have been having issues with keeping my rh up and my plants leaves are curling for some reason idk. Also my ppms are at 400 now which has gone down big time. I dont know if im doing something wrong or if its because my plants want more nutes. It seems like everyday something new is going wrong.
