yeah man Queens boro is where its at all day! but NY is so far behind on the movement it sickens me. I was wondering about how jersey is going to be cultivating. So far from my understanding is that the state is going to grow and sell it. Well look at that...

There's so much big business and $$ from powerful corporations and their lobbyists that NJ's medical program is a joke, and NY will take a long time before they go medical.
I hope its sooner, within 5 years max NY goes medical, NJ looks like 1-3 years before well be able to cultivate at home, if ever.
I wouldn't want to be the first dispensary in NJ, they gonna get harassed realllll quick.

450 an oz? holy shit i havent heard of those numbers in 10 years... i live in jersey and dont pay more than 33 for an elbow of some NYC diesel straight outa yonkers.. 25 an elbow if i get it from oregon.

thats the way of the world - who you know not what you know ??? jersey update as of today two dispen have been approved one up near new york booooooooo and one at the old trump casino grounds - all other spots have been shot down as Christie say's he will not put a disp where people dont want it. both have been given permission to start growing - um three strain's no thc level higher than 10% , no self cultivation and the strictest rules of any state... basically need to be terminally ill....... anxiety aint cutting it...... o and hopefully open early 2013 - what a joke Jersey is ...bet insane prices to.....and here is another kicker i looked into working for one as this is my dream - um back ground checks and drug test are you kiddin me - i can grow it for you but i cant smoke it........ i just love my 13k in real estate taxes toooooo wtf

what people???? can i apply for that job? how many people work in the energy uptake monitoring department? would they all be watching my meter and my 4k watt grow?

you guy's have an insane amount of paranoia created by fear from a corrupt police state....
its the only state where cops pull you over, start yelling at you immediately because you're already presumed guilty, and then they wanna know where you're going and where you're coming from, and then they're searching your car just because they feel like it....
and still not one person has a medical marijuana script even though the people of the state voted for it 2 years ago....is it because the government is trying to figure how to police it and keep a firm grip on it? i mean god forbid if they let adults make any type of decisions for themselves....
ya know they practically hung me by my balls like mussolini for getting caught with a 1/4 oz in the early 90s - i had to get in line with crack and heroin junkies on state st in hackensack for a year....somehow, i was the same problem to society as they were as far they were concerned.....
i love/hate new jersey - im from there and i support all of you that are from there - but i hate it for its politics...so i left some 15 years ago....for greener pastures out west...jersey politics can kiss my ass....and so can the fear that they've installed in a lot of residents...
my greatest recommendation for all of you who are seeking medical marijuana for your ailments, is to move out of jersey...its the best thing you can do for yourself on mulitple levels...

Don't know how i missed this bro,,,, you are so on point with this statement!!!!! would move in a minute if I did not have teenage children rooted here but the minute they are self sufficent and jersey is not up to speed i'm gone!!!!! called (from a restricted phone) yesterday as they are actively seeking patient's now and my heb-c and anxiety (medication approved - no problem getting all the k-pin i want) was not a qualification, but the doc kinda told me - let it get running early 2013 and wink wink ,,, it will be easier or ways around but as of now it's basically set up for the deadly sick and how could they ever make a business out of just the terminally ill ..... f#$%ed state

the latest news from the philly front be careful people.....NORTHERN LIBERTIES - December 3, 2012 (WPVI) -- Authorities say they have busted a drug operation with tentacles reaching into different parts of the U.S., but all roads led to Philadelphia.
In the latest shipment to Philadelphia, investigators confiscated 250 pounds of Sour Diesel, high grade marijuana, which was packaged in airtight bundles hidden inside antique chests.
Investigators also seized $125,000 cash and even found furniture equipped with devices to hide the potent pot.
The task force is part of HIDTA, the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas program, aimed to stem the flow of drugs.
Only Action News was on scene as they raided a garage at 3rd and George in Northern Liberties Thursday.
Sources say the drug operation likely had been delivering the drugs roughly once a month.
After the drugs were shipped to Philadelphia by unsuspectingtrucking companies, they were brought to the garage then sold on the streets of Philadelphia and New York City.
The major supplier, a California man whom we're not naming because he hasn't yet been formally charged, was arrested Monday night near the Sugarhouse Casino.
He thought he was collecting his cash for the large stash of Sour Diesel, instead he finds himself facing some very serious drug charges.
This investigation is still ongoing and given its sensitivity, we're not releasing some details, but Action News is told there will be more arrests.
