This just makes the whole movement look bad. If you're upset, then work to change the laws, and not by death threats. That tactic doesn't even work for the anti-abortion thugs.

It looked to me that he was running/furnishing equipment for multiple houses.....not snitching on every customer who walked through the door. Maybe I missed something? Just because he's making deals (ever been popped to know what this means?) doesn't mean he's rollin on people.

correct me if im wrong but cant a court subpoena his records? imho if u are playing the underground game u cant be too careful. when i was involved in that scene i always sent someone to the store for me with CASH!!!! i cant believe i only saw one other comment about how important CASH only can be. If you are under investigation and they (feds or county mounties) can tap your phone and put a gps tracking unit on your vehiclle trust me they will look at your financial records including credit card accts. They get more people trying to cheat uncle sam out of his share tax $$$. i know a dude who speny 40k buliding a house in a year paid cash $ him and his friends would take turns ordering supplies and building materials, but turns out the building supply co turned him in and he got nailed hard, growing as well as tax evasion now the growing charge has been reduced to a misdemeanor but the tax evasion im guessin will stick. this is the type of guy who will steal power to run an illegal grow WTF!! one more thing off shore banking, research it u may do this with your $$ legally just have to find the best route for you. not to mention the fact that youll get a much better return on your $ elsewhere in a developing country, rather than one that wants us to believe all the scare tactics and those who are willing to continue giving our hard earned $$ so they can tank the american dollar and move on to a global currency. also a vacation home and or at least researching those countries who DO NOT hvae an extradition treaty with the good ole us of a. Nah I got my card. I don't really even get serious about growing anymore I'm pushing 70 in old bitter n beat up. . My wifes trying a couple bushes out back but thats that. My kids grow LEGALLY in keep me high as a kite free. I worry more about some idiot causing them trouble. You/your kids...if they are truly legal....aren't even on the radar in this game....nor would you ever have to hire an attorney @ any point along the way...because you can't be charged/no charges could be/would be filed on your >legal< grow...."snitched out" or not.

Ya'll are some paranoid out of touch cats, but I love ya....It doesn't say, in exchange for testemony, doesn't name another involved party in any story, specifically says that WTG was not charged, investigated, or indicted...the guy co-mengled funds, thats it, happens every day in every business under the sun..

He setup and ran 9 grow houses and had paper work for it all, who hasn't done that out here in the last few years? hell back then you could have hundreds of patients as an individual, they didn't even have the despensary model figured out yet....I swear yall got him rollin over on the mafia or something, or ratted ouit a cheatin husband..not hardly.....I remember when it first happened you couldn't go into another grow store in town without them tellin ya all about it, Big tomatoe, Boulder Hydro, Green Thumb, Indoor Paradise, Cultivate all would almost tell the exact same story, like their attorneys gave them all a script....in early '07 all you heard was how WTG was goin out of business...Hmmm still kickin in all locations, even expanded in two of them, but yea i am sure they are on their way out..not

Gotta be breakin the law to rat some one out and no one other than him was charged, notice of disposion means absolutely nothing, it means the attorneys filed a "notice of dispostion" which is a fancy word for plea, the courts plea almost every case that comes through there, hell you can get a plea deal just for showin up in court, doesn't mean anything at all, just means the deviated from the state maximums, thats it....runnin a grow house was not illegal, runnin 9 was not illegal, hell at that time runnin 90 grow houses was not illegal, the feds just want there money..period......so he had to come up with the taxes due on the 1.3 million dollars, pay a hefty ass fine, all court cost...etc... you do realize that even the cort cost can become a bargaining chip will negotiating a plea...alot like negotiating a contract and you need a good agent/lawyer..he probably agreed not to fight them on the $50k cash in exchange for a reduced sentence, who knows?
