You got to hand it to The Giants. They are hot as can be.The pitching, just amazing, incredable defense, team batting average, key hits, its all there.
Sorry, also got to say the City by the Bay is one of the most beautiful cities in the World, culture, food, diversity of people, spectacular scenery....

Our pitchers have been just as good as they always been, with one rusty bad start from JV..the problem is our bats have seemed to disappear. and don't give me that San Fran pitchers are doing shit, because you guys said it yourself, they aren't that good..

It's just disappointment in the hitting..or lack there of.

what have we done since game 1...?...i don't know, swept your boys in the 3 games that followed. did you complain this much when jv blew it 6 yrs ago for detroit? did he have too much rest then too?
face it. you walked into this series thinking you already won it and the giants showed up and spanked your ass. 4-0.
alright. now that i got that out, i'd like to say that this year was the best baseball i've ever seen. not just from the giants, but around the league. a triple crown winner, perfect games, amazing offense and defense, comebacks....it had it all.
oh, and thanks for stroking our ego detroit....

It was an amazing final game of the series. That game was chock full of great ball playing, and the Giants just wanted it more. Congrats to the Giants.

E.T. I agree, this was an amazing season for baseball that was wrapped up with one of the most exciting games I have seen. Hopefully next season will be just as exciting.

Detroit swept the Yanks. It takes a great team to whip NY like that.
I think the time off fucked em up. The Giants had there backs to the wall and just kept getting hotter and hotter.
Both teams deserved to be in the seires, the Giants however were in it to win it, like I first said and there was no stopping them.. Knew it all along....
