Am I nuts? Or, does an inside-out tree make sense to you?

I've seen enthusiasm for my creations before, but never quite like this- usually, it's just people telling me to hurry up with my spaghetti, or to plan for potsticker night.

Seriously, it's heart warming guys, thanks.

I'm still going back to sleep for awhile first. The future of indoor gardening can wait another few hours...

I love potstickers.....

..And it's my special talent to make potstickers to DIE for. Last time I did one of these, people flew from Africa to be there!

They said themselves that holidays with the family were a nice bonus, but the reason they came was the potstickers.

My family knows how to make me feel loved!

But. But.... what about church?? lol :)

I commune with my Gods every day, especially after the sacraments. I can't take credit for all these crazy ass ideas without claiming some kind of mystical intervention, can I?

Most people ride mountain bikes to feel better. Me? I cut them up for light rotators. Like the man says, that's not natural!

Threw some girls in, the shape looks weird because ordinarily they'd be going into a room with overhead lighting, so once they've adjusted themselves a bit, I'm going in there with vine clips and such to help them get situated.

Nice thing about having a schedule is that the next batch of plants can be trained specifically for this space-

This strain doesn't like to stretch too much, so I don't know how long I want to wait to let it grow out before flip.

Right now, I'm being as low stress as possible, keeping the lamps up above them so they're getting an oblique angle to help them harden off to the light.

Gas lantern timing to keep them in veg, again to reduce stress and give them time to get on their feet.

It's the best sealed room in the house now, even these tiny lil girls are keeping the humidity up.

Nutes at 1.2, pH at 5.7 In addition to the airless aeration, I'm running the water level lower in the tubs with the aim being to help encourage root development.

Any suggestions in getting these girls to pop are always welcome!

This is great, can't wait to see it in full swing. Good job building it dude.

That makes two of us!

The last pic where it looks like the plant got smashed up against the cage is in fact me using vine clips to smash the plant up against the cage, lol, and spread it out to catch as much light as possible.

The room is cah-razy bright with those two vertical bulbs, I can't wait to see how the girls respond to their new environment!

Might have missed it, but are you using strains that stretch to make the training easier?

At the moment, I grabbed the healthiest plants I could make work. This strain is Dairy Queen (Romulan x Cindy99), it's here because these were healthy and rarin' to go.

I'll use more stretchy strains in the future, as well as training them more specifically for this environment.

I've been trying to decipher your avatar pic- it looks like a cross between a vertical grow and Rendezvous With Rama...

Hahaha, it's a panarorama photo of Muir Woods, 6 frames joined into one. Not my photo, but I really like it. :)

I'll admit, I just had to Google Rendezvous With Rama. Good book?
