For the OP, definitely check for root aphids or other pests. However, what I see is an advanced magnesium deficiency. You can give a foliar using 1/4tsp MgSO4 (Epsom salt in the common parlance) with a couple of drops of dish soap to allow sticking & spreading onto the leaf. Do it either as soon as the lights come on or last thing at night. IF the plant greens up, then you've got a huge lead right there--Mg-.

Due to the lighting I can't really see much else.

if my scope didn't die, it would have been a lot easier.
just seen the fliers working in here last night after an inspection. i really had to agitate them so at least it isn't bad.
only using a 30x loop, see if i can find anything

Little whit wormy things would be more akin to FG larvae.

Root aphids look like aphids. It's very easy to identify them and it is very easy to distinguish between FG and RA.

I was not able to see the larvae in the root zone at all (my infestation came prior to me accepting the fact that I needed Rx glasses for the first time in my excellently-visioned life). I went with what stuck to the sticky cards. FGs wings lie differently than RA wings. One species' wings come together over its back like hands praying, the other species the wings lie flat on the back a la like a fly. This is how I know that I still have fungus gnats flying all over the place, and have yet to find another root aphid. Always on the lookout though because my infestation started outside in pure perlite.

i just found this out late last night indadvertedly while trying to help amar
do you think that was creating the lag in flowering?
21 days in, only 2nd rdwc run so i wasn't sure what has been going on.

I'm determined to catch one today. there aren't many fliers. i'd take FG over the aphids. no one comes in here and i don't go anywhere so i'm at a loss for words

aphids have extra legs coming out the back if i recall side by side

Is this what you saw? Hard to make out if its an odd collection of roots or a bug in this lighting.

The aphid form is the baby. Once they've gotten to flier form, then you've got yourself a real problem. It means that the aphids in the root zone have reached plague proportions. The fliers? All female, and all pregnant.

considering i don't leave the house but once a week for the doc, hard pressed to get aphids in single digits outside, unless they came from pro mix bag and got into the hydro setup, i try not to wear the same shoes or clothes outdoors i do in the house.

fungus gnats rarely cause that type of problem unless you have thousands of them i cant really tell from pics whats going on.The one thing that i have noticed is that ra usually appear around week 4 of flower they are very strange that way also fungus gnats flutter when they fly ra are more deliberate in there flight and are attracted into your lights! if you can catch 1 a sure way to tell is ra have 2 exhaust pipe looking things coming out of the top of there rear portion

@Delerium @Capulator here are some more pics with the HPS off. Can you advise me if you think its still a bug problem or if its a actual deficiency problem?

its not a ra problem or a bug problem I don't think what's lacking here?
