i had this happen to me once. i cleaned and recalibrated several times with no luck. i finally took them back to the hydro store when the best guy was working and said, "please, figure it out." he lined up several to test and we identified which one of mine was outta wack and he replaced it.

I will go back tomorrow for sure

So I busted out my old Milwaukee to hopefully see which one would be more accurate and you wont like the results. I just had to swap out the batteries from my new one to my old one.

Not cool man. I paid triple the price for the bluelab. Both Milwaukees can't be exactly off.

My money is on the blue lab being off.. I know my local shop has been having a lot of issues with them lately... I love my guardians but their pen testers seem to not be up to pat lately.

I just can't pay that big MONEY for digital tester. Lol. I tell you i really fo use the disposable strips. They ate cheap and if I think a reading is off I will use several of them. I not a hydro farmer but organic. I don't use them daily so it is not a staple of my grow regime. I usually use them a couple of times whenever I open a new bottle of nutes. Lol

Shit if someone else would have purchased this pen with out comparing it, they would see a sick garden. BS man.

Unfortunately, you are absolutely right and this is the sad truth behind it all……

I would def. email BlueLab as well and let them know of your findings.

That is, IF its the BlueLab meter that is off and not the Milwaukee.

Are you checking RO water? I know you said you added Calmag but anything else?

What is your EC when you're checking? Try adding a little food then rechecking with the meters.
