Love how this strain can take a beating. When she was days old tried to decapitate her by dropping a light on her; thought dead for sure but went ahead and gently propped up the cotyledons with toothpicks....u can kinda see the knuckle that developed in this pic.

I really have made quite a few silly mistakes, left the flower lights on an extra hour (twice), overwatered in the beginning and did this a couple nights ago...

don't worry it's just Indie my bagseed that turned out to be a boy. I did confine him to a cabinet downstairs and this happens when u try to pick up one handed and the cheap plastic pot cracks...not too clever. Haha I scooped him up the best I could and would u believe he is still kicking.
Kinda like the idea of tinkering with pollen, especially since I have only 1 NL fem seed left and 2 bagseeds.
Anywho a parting shot from the tent, NL goes in during lights on cuz she is getting to big for the veg area. Will have a think on making more room in there or just flip her, she is 34 days from seed if i recall correctly.

lol, I knock them over occasionally by accident and they always shake it off just fine. :)

Ha yeah my foot snuck in there. I do look at the background of pics; mine, others and think need to crop that out or ooh I like that music too.

I have noticed the ak's are getting a bit stinky, in a good way of course!
Ireland......u in Scotland? How u like these gales we're getting, am sat in front of a nice fire atm.

Haha AYE ,SCOTLAND . lol . the garda van in your avatar gave you away . It's snowing hear at the moment but those gales were WILL!and im stood in font of a cooker making my daughters dinner then she wants to go out and build a snowman . I can't wait.(not)

@happy b yeah don't know what it's about snow that makes kids go ape shit:p my boys r the same. Then we grow up and don't like to be cold & wet.

Couple things to update, starting off with the AK's. Topped the smaller of the two and will lst the other.

The NL has been lst but is just too big for veg area and will be transplanted into final pot tonight and flipped.

The NL is almost just as wide as Baglady.
And speaking of Baglady gave a very light defoil to the bottom of her.

It's so obvious that I need better lights; however I'm growing for personal use so will be happy with a 1/2 zip of properly harvested/cured buds.
Feel a bit of a rant coming on:eek: the weed u get here is not like NorCal where I grew up. Here u don't know if it's been sprayed with silicone to make it weigh more or now I'm hearing that some dealers are spraying with Ket. And for all that u get to hand over €50 ($60) for 2.5 grams. Ok enough of that.
Anyway yeah need better lights :rolleyes:

Everyone is very thirsty, all pots r super light....get my bio bizz today so they will be happy ladies.

Now the NL. I thought I was going to transplant & flip but I am trying to hold off for another week or so. Baglady is at 24 days in flower; if I can time it right to harvest BL right when NL finishes that first stretch. By then I should be able to afford to upgrade my lights. Sounds right in my mind anyway o_O
I'm counting a good 7 or more tops on the NL, I just keep on tying her down.

Now Baglady she seemed to like the bio bizz, actually they all did and they are ready for another feed. Started on 3/4 strength will go full tomorrow.

Lots of string and bending...tried topping (my 1st time ever trying) the NL, lol, didn't work out....
Got topping right on the ak but I think I should have done it 2 nodes ago.
Love this on the job training I'm learning loads here:)

Just browsing ur the small time grow thread and looks anything but small :)

I guess when I said that I'm counting about 7 tops...I don't know if they are true tops as far as the NL wasn't topped.

Mini update
I changed my mind again :rolleyes: the NL was put into flower yesterday; after I talked to my brother. He told me to quit worrying so much and just throw it in there, thanks @HeLLMuTT I know you were probably rolling ur eyes during that convo:p
So here she is after what I thought was a medium defoil...still pretty leafy.

Not really an update more of a look at my nug!....not what i'm growing but what i happened to aquire last night. Creamy vanilla & fruity with a very slight after taste of petrol. And the high is amazeballs, yes i just said that:confused: weird starts off in the head and after about 1-2 hours ur in couchlock land.
Nice weed like this doesn't come around very often.

Been busy....wanted to add a touch more light into the tent so did a little DIY

The AK's are growing, thinking of throwing the topped one into flower & vegging the other longer with loads of lst and cropping...

The NL is day 5 in flower no sign of sex yet but at least I know it's fem.

And Baglady is just over 4 weeks in and starting swell a little bit, sometimes you don't see it when your looking at them everyday....forget to take a pic of just her but here's a couple of nug shots

Well it's time to start the Sunday dinner for the folks, on the menu tonight
Chicken casserole with onions, carrots, mushrooms topped with parsnip mash (toasted on top with butter)....for sides we have spring onion mash potatoes and brussel sprouts sautéed with diced bacon and garlic.
Ha I don't know why I shared that, maybe just smoking and food go so good together:D
