Hey there Red, looks like a higher tech ballast than I am used to if it can run those bulbs, one noticeable thing is there is no reviews I wouldn't risk it without some reviews, especially if every dollar counts, I would be curious to know what would happen if you ran a 400watt bulb and accidentally switched to 600watts, either way I think that is a pretty standard setup, you will want a decent extraction fan my 1000's are in tubes but my 400's are not and the 400 area is definitely warmer, that being said you will get more UV without a lens which is good :) Looking great kiddo

Can't believe it's been 3 weeks since I've posted
Nothing in veg at the moment, having a problem germinating - which I have never had b4. Off my game, can't shake a chest infection, lucky that I kept my one lonely AK going almost 4 weeks in flower now.
This was taken 1 week ago, & outside taking advantage of our spring sun.

And this one is from Thursday

So that's all that's going on, may try to get my dad to germ some seeds for me he has a true green thumb.

Hey there RF looking great, glad to hear the Nasty's haven't showed back up, I am jealous of your Northern Lights. I had one last year outdoors it was so gooey and sticky and the smell would intoxicate me. Looking forward to everything you do, Keep up the good work, and sending good vibes ;)

If your looking for weight HPS I am an HPS guy for now but when I get the extra coin I will be going all LED, I don't need the weight and LED produces a better essential oil profile, more terpenes, s for your own stash I think LED is the better choice for quality smoke. It took years for me to realize this. However if your a commercial medical outfit, then HPS would be better because they do out perform LED when it comes to weight, and the essential oil production is still great but the heat and power are an issue. I see a lot of people buying the MARS LED on a different site. Made in China but 99% of them are made in china.

I am not endorsing this brand as I have never used them but people seem to be happy with them

I usually grow outdoors but started messing around indoors and I bought a 180 watt marshydro UFO LED..had good results..3.25 oz off 2 small plants in a DIY cabinet
