never heard about the plagarism, but loved bonzo on one bass drum! Imho bonzo was by far one of the best.

I have a collection of classic albums starting around 1968 and ending in 1973. Bought an album a week though those years. They are in perfect shape, not a scratch, and haven't been played on over 30 years. Wonder what they are worth? No, I won't sell any, they will go to the grave with me....

Joe Walsh is my all time fav.....both of us grew up in Wichita and migrated to Boulder around 1970. "The player you get......the smoker you are".

go get a turntable and hook it up....The sound blows away CDs.
easy to hook into any amplifier or get an amp, set up in basement rock on....

Cream.. yeah, absolutely. Led Zeppelin is tainted in my mind after hearing all the plagiarism stories.
Spent from June 1968 til June 1970 in Vietnam. Got turned on to Cream there, Eric Clapton, Ginger Baker, and Jack Bruce, the first super group.
Led Zeppelin live was the best concert I ever went to. Saw `em at the old Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto. It was dark and the opening chords to the Immigrant Song rang out and the spotlights came on, one by one. They did get started about 20-30 minutes late, 8:30ish, but they played till after midnight, with 4 or 5 encore`s.

Refer above remarks. Still were the best to see live and I`ve seen the Stones, with Stevie Wonder, Bob Seger, many times, Ted Nugent, Ten Years After. Alvin Lee belongs with the other guitar legends, he was that good. Plus others.

Collected albums during the same time period. Still have `em, scratch free and..............wow, haven`t really thought about`em in years.

Morning O.F.C.--took me a while to catch up--U guys been busy !-- Love my music- 10 years in New Orleans area--I'm a bluesman !
New Orleans Is my Favorite City to visit.. Been twice, and probly will get there again some time.

Old time rock and roll will never die. Early 70`s, before anyone heard of `em, we had the pleasure of watching some musicians grow up and make it. Bob Seger, Ted Nugent, Alice Cooper, Mitch Ryder, Mark Farner. People who started making music in the area. Was in a couple high school classes with a member of the Silver Bullet Band.

Morning all. Was a privilege to be a teenager in the 60's. British Rock Invasion, drugs, free love and the war. No other decade like it before or never will be.

Ain`t that the truth.
British Rock Invasion...They sure did.
Drugs....Lots of good ones, tried most of `em and some I shouldn't have.
Free love ?......It was and it wasn`t, but when it is......watch out, cause here I come.
The War ?.....Been there, done that.
