i planted two seeds from an accidental pollenization of an A115 strain (prob only Fairbanks farmers will know this one). Both sprouted, and each are quite different. See photo.
The plant on the left is fuller, larger leaved, apparently more heat-sensitive than its sibling. I don't have the sexes nailed down yet, still in veg. The other has thinner leaf segments, sharper serrations, more vertical growth habit, and not so vigorous.

Am I just looking at a male and female? Looks to me like too much differentiation to me.
From what I can gather of the conditions when the mother plant was fertilized, the pollen would have been from only one plant, herm or otherwise. I'll be ready to start flowering soon, and I'm wondering if I'm looking at Two different pollen donors, or if there can be this much variation between seeds from the same parent(s)? I have no experience the possible variations of offspring of a fertilized MJ female. Can anyone shed some light?

Definitely within the range of phenotypic variation. You could have a completely indica looking plant and a completely sativa looking plant from a random cross with unstabilized genetics. Got another from the interior I see. Welcome to the farm maybe our paths will cross.

Female has hair
I've been checking. I was looking for something coming out of the male pods, but like you're drawing shows, there is none. I forgot. Damn, I may be dealing with 2 males. Far as I know, these are the only A115 plants outside of AK. Maybe I'll try doing a little cross with my Ziplock girls. Who knows? Thanks for the help.

Thanks! I'm new to seed cultivation, no background there. As for location, I'm closer to AK's capitol, Seattle. ;)

I just stumbled on a KILLER girl scout cookies cut i dont know what the hell. I have had GSC before but this was something special. I couldnt believe it was grown right here in the banks. Sounds like i need to get in the phone and do some tracking and source it.

I know how you feel. I get the sense that I need a bigger room than my current 42sf, like warehouse-sized. I like to experiment, and once I start crossing, it may get out of control.
