i planted two seeds from an accidental pollenization of an A115 strain (prob only Fairbanks farmers will know this one). Both sprouted, and each are quite different. See photo.
The plant on the left is fuller, larger leaved, apparently more heat-sensitive than its sibling. I don't have the sexes nailed down yet, still in veg. The other has thinner leaf segments, sharper serrations, more vertical growth habit, and not so vigorous.
Am I just looking at a male and female? Looks to me like too much differentiation to me.
From what I can gather of the conditions when the mother plant was fertilized, the pollen would have been from only one plant, herm or otherwise. I'll be ready to start flowering soon, and I'm wondering if I'm looking at Two different pollen donors, or if there can be this much variation between seeds from the same parent(s)? I have no experience the possible variations of offspring of a fertilized MJ female. Can anyone shed some light?
