What kind of soil? Are you feeding the soil with anything?

I tried taking pictures last night, but my phone is very old so this is literally the best one I got! haha Lol.
Im using FFOF, and I know this sounds dumb, but I haven't fed them once since I got them, because Ive transplanted twice into new soil and I didn't want to overfeed as theres already nutes in the soil. Last week I realized that this was why i wasn't getting the quantity I wanted I want out and bout some nutrients, I don't have a lot of $$ so I went with Mills A & B and I gave them a mid strength feeding last week. Didn't do much it seems, but I guess its to early to tell.
I always PH, and I use molasses a little to bring PH down when I go over, and lime to bring it up.

Not too bad...I mean the photos suck but the plant is better than I expected. Feed them up, they look hungry. I wouldn't worry about PH at this point nor would I be messing with lime to adjust anything at this stage. Just use a tbs of the molasses to feed microbes and if you can get some EarthWormCastings then great, and maybe next time give your soil a little charge with a phos amendment like bone meal or rock phosphate. Stick with soil, your strawberries will thank you.

In my outside garden, and with my mothers i will be keeping, I will continue to grow in soil, however in my flower room that I run clones I'm going to try a few different hydro set ups over the next few runs, these plants grow so slow. You would further amend Fox Farms Ocean Forest?
