Good stuff.I grew the fast buds northern express freebie.soil will be your best bet that's just my opinion.would hate to see you fail at hydro and never wanna mess with it again.I think you should really start in dirt and work up from there and see what a helthy plant is supposed to do and what a unhelthy plant looks like

By time she drops coin on ec penair pump and all the hydro accessories she coulda got enough dirt and nuts for 10 dirt grows lol.

So Beginner, show me what you got so far? And i never used soil either. I went straight to hydro... ever grown anything? And if i help you, you promise to make us both look good? :)

PH pen?EC pen?growing dwc takes more than a bucket of water.Is tap well or city?whats the EC of the water.Any pics of your setup?I never got the whole icepack thing.For those of us who have day jobs and cant stand around throwing ice packs in buckets all day.I mean how long can an icepack really last with 600 to 1000W light over it.How much chlorine is in your tap and do you plan on running RO?All these things will mage a big difference.I feel if you arent completely set up for hydro your gonna have lanky,stretchy plants that look like over sized clones.
In soil you will get a good feel for it.Especially based on the questions you first asked which anyone who has at least done 1 grow would have the answers to.
Youll probably end up with rotten brown roots and locked out plants IMO.vegging is hard enough but than you get into flower and your gonna have to keep them plants thriving for at least 70 days from sprout.Alot of variables in DWC so there is no room for error.Your plants arent gonna wait for you to get it together.

Ya it didnt help a lot when i tried it..... If you dont have a chiller, then hydrogaurd is mandatory... But i got a couple friends that only use a 2 separate dwc buckets and just hydrogaurd and have did well for several years... You and me just like to get things as perfect as possible.. but most prob dont plan to invest like we have, and prob wouldnt be a real good business decision. Plus i think more ppl have time that we prob dont, so automation, and consistency is paramount to us for success.
I for one, like that she is fearless... But i think she should scale up slowly... I say a 2 bucket system like you just ran with your little system, would be perfect for her. And if she is willing to drop the pesos to get what she needs to be successful, well then she landed at the right place to have the best shot..

Your guide is your.plants.they tell you.if I gave my autos what I gave my chronic haze they would have burnt to a crisp

Anyway im glad that for one you have some intelligence, and it proves my beleive that we are gonna succeeed..Ya post pics of everything, even your meters, that way we know exactly what we are working with.. I use the flora trio.
Plus hydroguard and Calimagic.
First I add Calimagic, then micro, veg, bloom, and hydroguard in that order. Mix and ph.

It works just fine.
Here is the schedule that I have always used...and a pic of my plant at 32 days under this exact feeding schedule.

Well fellas I gave it my best go with a coco based grow, I learned a lot along the way! I followed all of ur advice the best I could, this is one of my final product right before harvest, could y'all take a look and give me ur opinions
