no
Growershouse comes with a bulb
it is the fixture/lamp (bulb)/ballast

no cheap lamp/bulb
if you go that route just stick to the hps

if you want to upgrade from Growers house then Philips only
there is no other choice.....IMO

and are the conversion kits junk too? Cause i got a hood (vented) if you remember...

no the conversion from growers house is good
but make sure the bulb you get is phillips
but that will equal out close to the same is a full fixture
the growers choice I believe is 300.00
it is the full fixture with growers choice lamp and then in 2 years you change it to a phillips if you want to upgrade

yep Im gonna go with that one... So would some t5 6400 be good for supplemental with the cmh 4200

I havent bought the light yet as im trying to see what kind of financing i can get..
my credit is kinda maxed right now so who knows, but maybe take home a few of them.. I would like to start off next year with my 5 plant legal mark, with a 315 above each one... we see... waiting to hear back.. if not well guess i just buy 1 for now...

I am not a big fan of supplimental lighting
but if you give me the room dimensions and what total footprint you are gonna try to grow in I can help you spitball what would can maximize that space

Oh i wasnt trying to add extra light, because of a lack of... I just want to make sure that im providing everything i can to them spectrum wise... I need the stanky dank.. Im getting ready to go 2k in the red again.. 5 x 315cmh, co2 tank and valve, and a chiller... I just bought a new 14k ac/heat unit, and a 500 gph danner manufacturing water pump for the new 5 bucket rdwc unit,,, they will be here in 3 days.
Im thinking that 1 315cmh should be excellent per plant, and should be plenty of light. im gonna keep the plants separated as in not touching and im gonna veg longer, lst the main branches out, let middle catch up, top down a couple nodes everywhere, wait 2 weeks and flip, just like i did with the root rot girl... except we will go straight into dwc from the cloner asap...
just need this financing!
