So again, my first grow. I've read that the white strands are indicators of a female planrs so I'm guessing female but is this also an indicator that it's flowering or just that it's female? Right now it's just under sun light so it's on natures clock.

So is this flowering

@DemonTrich that is the only part of the plant that has those strands. It was one I had that was sagging really bad. I was told it was lack of light so I've had it under direct sun light only. The sagging did get better other than the lower part of the plant. It's sweet tooth if that helps any.

@GanjaNGains Sweet! I know it's not gonna yield much but I'm excited I got one this far. Haha. Hopefully it will go the distance. Is there anything different I need to do now that it is flowering. It's in Ocean Fox farm. Do I give it more cal mag, more nitrogen? Blue and red led? Sorry for all the questions but I want to get it right.

I don't see any "ball danglies". Should be good. Tour girl did a some.auper stretching thru veg as well. Unless that strain doesn't stack tight nodes. I would secure it with a stake asap. In a few more weeks or even a strong wind can bend her over and or snap her.

@DemonTrich thanks for the info. Yeah I think I had light issues and that was a big part of the stretch, although the other strains didn't stretch that way. They were kept together until this one had sagging issues. Any nutes I gotta change to for flowering?

Haha not a problem at all my friend happy to help cal mag and nitrogen are good yes but not to over do it as to much nitrogen in flower will have a negative effect on bud production and u honstly want to cut the nitrogen down round week 5 not get of completely but limit. Calcium is good in flower, bone meal and fish bone meal are awsome in flower and I recomend I use the Nectar of the Gods for those bone meal will give u that calcium aaa well as five u denser buds and the fish bone meal will really bring out the color and over all appearance of the buds and of course you want to add sugars I use nectar of the gods for that as well and am real happy with the results. I would also get your 3 part feeding system you know your grow, micro, bloom as your plants still a good foundation of there essential food to keep them healthy also a silica is in my opinion essentil especially when your dealing with weight don't want those stems snapping from the buds being to delicious lol. This is your basic points Iv touched on let me know if you have any further??? :) good vibes

@GanjaNGains Dang your plants are dope, no pun. Lol man all these nutes these plants need are gonna make them healthier than me. So that nectar of the gods seems like well rounded for them. I will definitely look into the grow, micro and bloom. So besides setting it to 12/12 do I add any kind of light? I have a blue and red Led I can put on it. I also have some cfls. My other plants are in veg and under an 8 bulb t5.

Yes I use for my 3 part feed system Blueplanetnutrients look them up cheap and they have an organic and synthetic line always works great! The more light the better ! Def add your LED if possible red light is more benificial in flower and blue light in veg you just don't want a straight blue light in flower if its mixed that's fine.
Yes nectar of the gods is awsome however can be expensive if u used just them for all your plants needs just a heads up that's why I use just the one meal and fish meal and sugars from them they are an organic company as well which is in my opinion awsome. T5s are cool no hate there however in flower maybe get somthing stronger like some more LEDs. Haha thanks my friend me and my girls appreciate the comment

I will definitely take your advice and put more led on it while in flower. I will also get those 3 nutes for sure. I ordered some big buds for flower but I'll order nectar of the gods for my other girls

It's 3 parts, micro, grow, and bloom. The mix per gallon is listed on the bottle. It all depends on time in growth

Confused. You are in natural sunlight now so do you plan on putting it inside?
Did it come from inside, and if so, did it go from many hours of light to natural light without transitioning? That would account for it flowering when it did.
I guess my real question is, why can't you leave it in natural light?

@BudBogart I had them all under a cfl and this one started sagging really bad. I was told it needed more light. So while waiting for my t5 I put this one at a window that has sunlight all day long. It started picking up so I left it under the window. I noticed one day that it had the strands coming off of it. Right now this one seems to be doing better than the ones under the t5. This is my first time at this so I guess I'm trying to learn the ins and outs.

Cool, thanks for explains, I got it now.
My guess is, she sagged due to low light, maybe heavy moisture. You put her in bright sunlight fixing above issue. However, the plant senses that the duration of light it is receiving has been quickly reduced, meaning that winter and the end of growing season is soon to be here, so it starts to flower.
If you think this fits, then I think putting her under 12/12 is exactly correct.
What would be less desirable would be putting her back under 16 or 24 hours of light. She will stop making bud and eventually start vegging again but with clear signs of stress. I wouldn't do that unless I really needed a much larger plant and had plenty of recovery and veg time ahead.

Nice. Ima do that on my next batch. Thanks for the info.

Try the organic line first of the blieplanet I have used both the organic and the synthetic and I feel the organic gives u better taste however Iv noticed with the synthetic your plants grow a lil quicker just depends on your preference both will give u good results however
