Within reason it's not a major problem when an MJ plant becomes root bound unless a root has the main trunk in a choke hold. Just make sure you keep her well hydrated and fed.

Good deal...
With fabric pots, the whole pot is drainage. no need to add more. also allows for more oxygen to get to roots.

Just wondering do these ok for grow number 1 ...5 weeks in flower tomorrow Honest opinions please as I am still learning ..had problems along the way but thanks to some good threads we got there .... hope she finishes
Don't transplant in flower, the stress is gonna hurt more than the added time. Hit them with a kelp meal tea to relive the stress.

It's hard to tell by a pic and not knowing if it's sativa or indica dominate. Let's say it's Indica dominant your first two weeks will be transforming from veg to flower your next 3 weeks will be producing Bud next two weeks will be fattening the bud and the 8th week will be ripening... roughly

Is this a five or three gallon pot? Either way there's no way that's root bound unless you veg it forever!
I'd say you're the reason for poor growth, not to rude or negative just being real.
Please, tell me your routine! Like watering, feeding, trimming... etc

If you look at the type of pot you can see that it is very narrow were root ball was probably placed. The main roots will not grow up but out and down. And then will circle around.
About 6 weeks in that pot, when he put it in he said rootball was size of football...another 2-3 weeks of flower, 8-9 weeks in that pot and was a good size before...sure as heck can get rootbound. And a hard root bound can stop a plant from finishing, as to the transplant shock...if done delicately will do less harm...and will be able to finish.
