All I want to say maybe you haven't been here, so you don't know real China, you only know what the media and the leaders of your country want you to know. One more thing, most Chinese know more about the world abroad than some of you guys know China.

We have 10 years of experience in this field, some companies come in and go. From customs data released so far, we still is China's largest LED grow light and the grow tent exporter. Thanks for our customer's trust, no you, no Mars Hydro success. And we are confident that we will always on the way, bring more decent lights for you, get more buds. we will continue to launch new products this year. The new chips more UV, more red light, still on the plan.

As for the KB light you mentioned, before I came to this forum, we had not noticed this competitor. I also asked our colleagues on other platforms, it seems that only some THCfarmers use it, it got our attention, we have started to analyze their company and products.

Advantages, the quality(certifications), the experience, the customers, and I think our biggest advantage is the overseas warehouse, the shipping system, and warranty services.
Here I would like to tell you that our new light warranty policy has been changed, still 3 years warranty, but 1 month no reason to return back. Of course, if it is not our light quality issues, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to our repair center. Free repair within one year (replace the whole lamp board or power supply).

Any suggestions about us, please kindly let me know, I will really appreciate it, for better mars hydro, plants better growing

I've visited China twice, HK 4 times, Macau, and Taiwan. ☺

In general, I believe the people's word anywhere in the world over their government's.

I'll likely be buying a new light in the next few months, so I'll keep an eye out on this thread.

I know some things can get mixed up in translation but no matter how you meant that to come across it probably wont help you sell lights to Americans. Your company is moving in the right direction with their technology and even has some good products that are priced well enough to be competitive in many markets. I want you to be successful because that will also push other led light makers to develop new products and hone their own manufacturing processes, ensuring consumers have the access to the latest led technology at reasonable prices, from a variety of manufacturers. Don't take it so personally when people say they would rather buy something made or supplied from within the US, some people are just as passionate about their Nation as you clearly are about yours.

Setting aside problems with your past light models I think the biggest issues you have from a competitive standpoint right now are that your new lights haven't been out very long (nothing you can do about that) so there is very little verifiable, detailed user feedback, and they are priced roughly the same as lights with proven track records that are supplied by US companies. Look at how the import car industry got started in the US for a good example to follow, you need to make a product that is less expensive than the competition that also performs the same or better. Continue to innovate and build your reputation and eventually you will start to gain a loyal following, not just people new to growing or those looking for freebies(not that there is anything wrong with either of those). I hope you take this as constructive criticism, I think all the people who have been critical of your lights have made valid points that you should seriously consider even if they could have said those things in a nicer way.

Dear farmers,

I'm very glad to be here with you, almost 4 months, thanks for your supports to my work here, your post on my thread, your mentions, likes to me. It's mean a lot to me here.

I know there still have some grower has the bais becasue of Mars Hydro some batches old lights, close the eyes, don't see our improvement and efforts to win growers trust. I totally understand. But please kindly don't hurt the innocent growers here, they just say is what they think of our products, and they don't get any salary or sponsorship from us, please kindly don't misunderstand that. So far, it happens three times, don't want to see more @Mr.jiujitsu . And I'm really sorry for the inconvenience to @DankVader75 @ozarkgrey and @SadBadGrower , thanks for your trust to us.
