Thanks for your recognition to our efforts, and this is a great questionšŸ¤“

We have 10 years of experience in this field, some companies come in and go. From customs data released so far, we still is China's largest LED grow light and the grow tent exporter.🄳 Thanks for our customer's trust, no you, no Mars Hydro successšŸ’•. And we are confident that we will always on the way, bring more decent lights for you, get more buds. we will continue to launch new products this year.šŸ˜Ž The new chips more UV, more red light, still on the plan.

As for the KB light you mentioned, before I came to this forum, we had not noticed this competitor. I also asked our colleagues on other platforms, it seems that only some THCfarmers use it, it got our attention, we have started to analyze their company and products. šŸ¤“

Advantages, the quality(certifications), the experience, the customers, and I think our biggest advantage is the overseas warehouse, the shipping system, and warranty services.😊😊
Here I would like to tell you that our new light warranty policy has been changed, still 3 years warranty, but 1 month no reason to return back. Of course, if it is not our light quality issues, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to our repair center. Free repair within one year (replace the whole lamp board or power supply).

Any suggestions about us, please kindly let me know, I will really appreciate it, for better mars hydro, plants better growingšŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ’•šŸ’•
When will the lights with higher red spectrum be out? Also, remember that if possible spot welding the corners would be an easy but welcome strength on the TSW models. Have you noticed t my diary? If things go well I would like another light. I also have gained a following on Twitter.
If things work out.

Thanks for your suggestions, I must check your diary updates, can't wait šŸ‘ . We have different sponsor plan this year, I'm afraid that we couldn't do this for you

Thank you so much, thanks for all your posts let my thread movešŸ’•
I'll watch it cause you are have been very good about us,,,, and you all are trying, and will get there...... I just went you guys to know there's a better price point on lights from the same area out there that I would buy ....... we all know I'm not buying Mar's anything........................

@OdlaFett , nice avatar
lol ty, Its my Jedi cat, I took the pic yesterday :D
Btw I like nr 1. You have great company name and should try use that space theme. I think a logo of a space colony on mars would be cool, them trying grow weed or vegtables on the red planet with grow lights or something like that.

Yeah, there will be new light, with new chips, the Samsung or Osram? no decision now, do you guys have any ideas about the chips?
I am not a big tech guy. I follow what I see that works and look for something affordable. Mars-Hydro is that brand for me. While it "may not be the best light available on the market " .....it is one of the better lights on the market. Combine that with an affordable price and it's a win/win situation.

Okay, I'm wondering why you guys so obsessed with Samsung chips, why not Osram or Cree? just because one brand bring it hot, so it becomes the standard now? It seems Osram and Cree are more professional in this field, chips in the past years

Check out their specs. They put out more light per watt.

People want top of the line things for as little cost as possible. Why not make 2 series like you did with the TS and SP. One with Samsung chips and the other with Osram. Find the better sell after 90 days and go from there?

After 90 days, turn to the new, how to solve the after-sales service of the other chips lights? Also, other factors, the cost, the market directions, It's hard for a company, 😵we need to make the final decision before we launch it

These people make thousands of lights I’m sure more than we imagine! 90 day test run is not profitable, there are many marketing firms that provide the same info, mars knows what’s goin on they are a LARGE company that has been in business a long time they are well established. These forums do help there sales people take ideas back to engineers but trust me when I say those engineers already know what each model is lacking before of goes into production! We are telling them nuthing they don’t already know .

When it comes to there ā€œfreeā€product consider the time that everyone has just spent on this thread, how much money could you have made if you were doing something else? Enuff to buy the light of your choice? Nothing is free in 2020my friends !

Correction the great opinions and advice we get here at the farm are FREE
