So A while my girlfriend was collecting some fingertips from her trimming and I decided to make butter with it. I collected about 6 grams even found a few seeds. I only made roughly a two sticks of unsalted bain-marie style(med/low heat) till they are melted While I broke up bigger chunks tryin not to play with it to much between freezer and cooking. Adding the hash and stirring often still it started getting a foamy layer continued cooking on med/low till it started clearing up aside the particulates. Once clear I turned the heat off and let it cool a minute while getting measuring cups. Note I didn’t have cheese clothe so I wasn’t able to strain particulates out.
The second batch I made was only a stick of unsalted butter and roughly 5.5-6 grams of finger hash. once I find them I’ll post more pics of what was made and what I made with the butter.
