So hears the other Lemon Dream.

She’s all cloudy and looks like she wants another week or two. No signs of yellowing out.

But I’m quite satisfied with all cloudy

It’ll be a bit till I get a smoke report in on this. I don’t rush the cure with cable box or microwave “quickie methods”.

Good old fashioned patience works every time and doesn’t cost a dime

She’s pretty much got the Dream Smell. There’s something else that I can’t quite make out yet. Hopefully it’ll be a citrus addition to the bouquet from the Lemon Skunk

I think this is my 4th? 5th strain I’ve made over the years.

Ive got an F2 I never managed to get around to. Not many seeds for that one though. But the F1 seemed fairly stable. The few I grew were all very similar.

I called it The LaW, LA Conf. x Widow.
The buds are covered in red hairs to the point I could have named it Red Headed Step Child

I was attempting to “cube” it, (F4). Some say thats a waste of time

Much respect for all you veterans here. I am in awe of all the techniques, genetics/strains, methods, and knowledge. I look forward to exploring and playing with genetics. So much to explore and so little time and space for many of us newbies. Lol I am definitely hooked!

The Blue Dream filled the SCROG quite nicely. Waiting the extra week or so and trimming the canopy was a good decision.



Hopefully she doesn’t stretch too much more.

She’s even got branches growing up and around the outside of the pvc frame

Before I go down the rabbit holes ofLED threads, any opinions on Spider Farmer vs. Mars Hydro?

Since I’m downsizing I thought about buying a better LED unit and maybe 2’x4’x6.5’ tent.

If I can keep doing hydro like this I don’t need as many plants.

I also have an opportunity to supply a local greenhouse with sellable cuttings/plants. Still have to do a sit down with the owner though.

Anyone have any real life knowledge about that side of the industry.

Ever buy any rooted/potted cuttings?
What was the size?
Rock wool or potted?
PRICE?

Picked through the Lemon Skunk buds a little before jarring.

I didn't count them but 25-30. There’s probably more in the buds yet.

They’re kinda small. Have to pop a few in a little while for “QC purposes“

Also put one of each of my care package in soil too.

So my ordeal with Morsen is finally over. And btw, don't ever buy a light or probably anything else from Morsen. The lights suck and so does customer service.

As I stated before, they were going to give me one of their new quantum boards as a replacement once they were in stock at Amazon.

Sounds good right?

Well, they finally put me in touch with their Amazon account rep. He emailed me, from a friggin hotmail account. Hotmail screams professionalism

Then he states, that I have to order and pay for the new light and when I leave a review they will refund my money

I don't think so mother f*****!

So I let both him and his CCP counterpart know that I would be calling Amazon for an A-Z Guarantee refund.

Shortly after I was done on the phone with Amazon, the CCP end of the deal replied to my email, the Amazon rep replied about an hour later, but this was already a done deal.

BTW, the Amazon rep tried to tell me I didn't understand him. I understand English perfectly.
I don't remember when I first started talking, I was pretty young then ;) But it's been a good 50 years or so.

He had several remedies to offer me, now that it was too late. None of which was suitable btw.
It was also amazing that they could reply so quickly now that their collective tit was caught in the wringer.
Normally it took about a day & a half for them to reply, sometimes longer.

So my new SF-2000 should be here this afternoon... no more blurple yay!!!

I hope Trump initiates some kind of manufacturing boom in the US.
Aside from creating jobs that were shipped overseas by the previous administrations, we might actually be able to get quality merchandise for a change.

Remember when shit used to be made here? I do... and it was better.
There was no planned obsolescence. Things were made to last.

I doubt quality will go completely back to the way it was. But having jobs would be nice ;)

So UPS came this afternoon, and I wasted no time getting the old lights down and the new light up

Video shows the change from low power to full blast.

Here’s the pic I mentioned in the video.

The pic is at low power, which shouldn’t matter. It made the picture easier to see without all that gorgeous NOT blurple light

When I turn it up they do get brighter. But not as bright as the rest

SF got back to me sometime in the middle of the night.

The dim diodes are the IR.There is one for every 1K

SF-1000 = 1
SF-2000 = 2
SF-4000 = 4

I'm so glad that for once I didn't know what I was talking about

Also,

Now that the majority of the light is white. Those special LED glasses that I thought were a waste of money work perfectly.
The blurple made me want to throw the glasses across the room.

You couldn't see squat :(

If I wasn't downsizing :( I'd get a SF-4000 without hesitation.
