My plants are beginning to dry black at the ends and yesterday 3 single leaves fell on they’re own. I’m using black gold organic potting mix and a 30w grow bulb. I have 5 gallons ready for them do you think I should transfer them ? Also I have not started nutrients but maybe it’s time?

If they got burnt outside that damage won't heal..

I'm not sure about your soil.

They don't look too bad but I think it's time that you started feeding them, but not too strong c. 300ppm, I see a little magnesium issue on at least one of them

as mr. D said the burn isn't going to heal, not sure what those little white spots are but I would want to take a look underneath those leaves for bugs too, good luck!

easy on watering!
the perlite looks yellow, a sign of no wet/DRY cycle for watering.
holes in those cups? sides too? airflow is very important to the roots, stay easy on lights..
