I have a spider farmer sf1000 in a 31x31x71 tent. I planted 2 gorilla glue seeds on saturday and I was wondering about how far I should place it from the seedlings. Right now I have the light 25 inches away and set at 50 percent power. The seedlings look to be stretching a lot. Thanks for any help. These photos were taken this morning.

To much light right now. I can see it

Use light meter by my mobile tools dev.

I got it to where they are at 5500 lux. I'm not able to get it any lower. This is where it'll have to be

Just so you know those aren't stretchy bud. They look good. You can increase light intensity 3-5k lux every few days to a week. Just watch for light stress. I would give em 3-4 days before increasing. In a week they could probably handle 15k

Ok. They were under around 20k in the pictures. Now they are around 7k. Should I just leave them therw for a few days or put them back how they were to start with.
