I personally wouldn't go atomic for springtails, but I don't use chemical pesticides. If they are autos at 37 days they will likely start flower any day now so anything you put in or on them will likely still be there to some degree when you smoke it... especially if it's taken up by the roots into the plant, like mentioned above. I know nothing of coco so I don't have any more advice other than always dim or raise the light when your girls are sick or having issues.

i don't use any pesticides/fungicides ever - but i think @Aqua Man mentioned in a post somewhere that the ones you need to avoid are ones that are designed to be part of the root system and feeding uptake - making it basically part of the plants actual structure
I researched it. It it not systemic and it it not absorbed by the plant in any way. I would not have used it otherwise.

Question...
When using Rapid rooters or root riot starter plugs. Do I need to fill the bottom of the humidity dome with water before I insert the tray with the plugs?

i soak my rapid rooters if they're dry but i like to keep water at the base of my trays and use that for watering versus pouring it right onto the root cube

theres tons of people here who do cubes for clones and seedlings so i'm sure someone with mad experience at it will chime in

Thanks my friend. That is what I was thinking of doing. I just wanted to make sure 😆. They seemed a lil dry. So I put some water in the tray and let them absorb it from the bottom. Then I dumped took the tray out for a lil bit to make sure they were not soaking wet before I put a bean with a taproot in. Then I put a piece over the hole with a bit from the corner.

They are A little droopy because I turned the lights down and sprayed them on with some distilled water to remove any residual Sevin off. It that or ro and the distilled was at 5.8 pH so it was meant to be.

I have 4 plants growing in Canna Coco. Plants are 35 days old and stunted. Temperature has been 70-77 Rh 50-60.
HLG 600r on 18/6 4x4 tent .
DynaGro Nutrients feeding by hand. 3 Gallon pots. Today when I fed the plants I noticed a lot of really really small white/clear bugs running around the top layer of my coco.
As I poured the feed they would run to top of the soil then quickly go back down under the top layer of coco. They are really fast very hard to see. I tried to get a shot on my phone but I can't get a shot with my shaky hands. I am pretty sure they are root aphids. How do I treat them? You can see some canoeing on the leaves. I didn't see anything on the leaves when I checked with a loupe. They definitely are not springtails I know what they look like.
What would be a good solution? I have hydrogen peroxide that is it ATM. I can order something if anyone has any suggestions.

Sounds like mites but could be fungus gnat larvae I'd need a pic but I think what you have are mites or Hypsis miles as they are referred to I have them as well I do organic and they are my shredder's they actually help if they are shredders and don't cause any problem no if they are fungus gnat larvae that's a different story but hypsis miles are beneficial and my advice to you would be quite using that dynagro its full of Heavy Metals and salt and NO GOOD comes from those ingredients

Not sure if mentioned but go get a bag of play sand and put about 1 inch thick layer over top of soil.

I'll mix DE with the sand never have and soil related bug problems anymore!
