Coco flower problems week 5 dtw

Hey farmers!
Last two grows i have this problem starting at week 5.
Coco with 30%perlite
Canna Coco A,B cannazym pk
Auto watering 20% runoff 3times
Tap water 300ppm
First starts with tip burn,then edge burn then brown goes in.
I suspect pottasium so i start with pk13/14.
Ppm in 500total pH in 6.1
Ppm out 400 pH 5.7/5.8??
Temp 21C 50-55rh
27C 50-60rh day
Im Losing IT bcs can’t resolve this problem...
Pls help

Problem started without using PK 13/14 and 2 days later it seems that it only worsened the symptoms.
Is it maybe some type of cal problem idk?

I’ve got a similar issue that starts in week two of flower and gets worse as the plant finishes.. leaves are super dry and crispy. Mine is doing this in both my DWC set up and soil tent, can’t seem to lick it… some have said tobacco / Masonic virus (sorry probably don’t have the correct term) but don’t have the spiral like or yellowing of the leaves.

It looks like they are hungry overall and calcium deficient too. In Coco for that size plants you can run easily 800ppm+ (increase to that over 2-3 days slowly) to prevent shock.

Implement calmar in your feeds too.

Peak flower (weeks 5 to 7 flowering) you can be at 900ppm-1.100ppm in coco depending on cultivar

Hey guys. After seeing this problem in so many coco grows. I spent about 2 weeks researching calcium deficiency in coco. Un-buffered or poorly buffered coco was the leading cause and this is how to fix it before it happens to you.

Unfortunitally adding Cal-Mag once a deficiency is obvious has little effect as the coco locks up the calcium as soon as you add it.

Yep buffering coco before growing in it is really important.
But you still probably will have to implement calmag in your feeds if your growing under LEDs too.

I agree with whats been said but I would also consider that simply adding another 300-400 ppms of your base nutes might be enough. There is calmag in your base nutes and in your tap water already. is it enough ? who knows because a total ppm of 500 minus 300 ppm for water and whatever the pk is doesnt really allow much room for the base nutes.

Are you buffering your coco? I have some soaking now. I always rinse and buffer regardless of what the bag says

Wk 5 is their heaviest feed week when they are the hungriest, @Trash_2002 is over the target - good advice!
My only add would be, RO systems are inexpensive and will give you total control and peace of mind, I think You would agree Water Quality is pretty high on the list of importance. My RO gives me 19ppm, I know exactly what I'm feeding...($239.00 Nu Aqua 5 Stage) ($179.00 w/out the pump) good luck

I've had the same as in your second picture. On a handful of plants and I have no idea of the cause. On one I cut all the leaves affected off and the plant died the next day

If you work it out please let me know
