i think this is what my problem was the pots i was using did not have enough drainage , but i did drill some holes in those fckers and transplantedyea those are photos im still trying lol

next watering add some aloe vera gel to your water mix very well and water very slowly and in multiple sittings dont take the drain tray right away either let the medium soak it back up. if you dont have aloe you can use other surfactants i heard people use dawn dish soap or whatever even. peat is hydrophobic when it dries, most of the water you are giving to your plant is running straight out from the bottom.Ya I picked it up and it was real light so I figured it needed more water so I watered it like an hour ago. The plant looks like that after not watering for 2 days...idk Ill let it dry out more Im just worried itll die from thirst.
