It in my opinion is a bucket list mushroom with a slice of novelty.

Mario bros made everyone and their dog want it. It’s definitely not for everyone.

A niche brew for folks with hyper tension and sleep issues, that’s why I wanted to try, but I never got 5 times bigger either.

the fact you run a all in one solution and it brings beautiful plants like that pretty damned rad. Totally thought I had distilled my process down pretty nicely for a soil grow. Man I def hitting you up if I get to setting mine up.

Thanks man, yeah I been workin down there all damn day, tryin to clean stuff up, transplant, water, watch the nascar race and got 2 grills going right now lol.. multitasking!!

My ceilings are short in my little room so having a few different tents and a closet is the most efficient way for me to do it, I hate tents..

I messed with them once out shear stupidity, they grow naturally under the pine trees at my parents house. I remember they tasted way worse than psilocybin and I didn’t have a dehydrator at my disposal so I put them in the oven at a low temperature for a while. I don’t remember too much about them messing me up, but I do remember that my legs became ultra heavy, almost like a Dramamine overdose and I got really tired and also horribly depressed. This was in the late nineties and I was still in high school. I never really got any hallucinations from them, and never had any desire to try again. Twenty years later I learned that they grow all over the world and that the soil biology where they grow can mean the difference between extremely toxic, to hallucinogenic, to inert. Not to mention that they’re very similar to another type of mushroom that is highly toxic. In other words very easy to misidentify. So I definitely wouldn’t recommend them from my experience. I probably dodged a bullet.

i think they after be boiled, or something along them lines to activate the psychoactive substance muscimol. never took them myself, the little gold ones are pretty strong 1 gram lemon tek coloured vision especially outside 2 gram to the mooooon

That experience was the only time I had the craziest lucid dream ever I was self aware and completely conscious. I was able to manipulate my vision and shit. It was crazy as hell. The Molly and too many 2cb homies it got rowdy in the best way possible. The experience had background music that sounded like a crackling plastic and people chewing pop corn. But with rythym. it gave me goose bumps writing this out.

Amanita Muscaria and similar species and variants can be very sketchy. Seems to be very much in that datura/benedryl/dramamine-esque world. Paul Stamets has some very interesting thoughts and reports on it, i haven't been willing or interested myself, much like with datura.

Hamilton Morris has some thoughts on that muscimol/ibotinic acid family of compounds, however, that are very interesting. I don't remember the name of the compound, but there is a substance a couple atoms off from muscimol and ibotinic acid, same family, that will essentially take you to the center of the ether for about 14 hours, and it is apparently one of the most eye opening psychedelic compounds he has ever come across. He is a chemist though, and in whatever i was watching, he may have actually chosen to actually omit the name of the compound in loo of the educated being able to easily figure it out. He mentioned the conversion/synthesis being incredibly simple, and he could have definitely seen it taking place in the metabolic processes of the liver of a reindeer ;) Was probably a podcast or something idr. I actually forgot about this until i was typing that bit about Paul Stamets above.
