Are you going to try and make seeds?? I’d be curious to sample genetics that old, I’m constantly looking for those older varieties, but you question the validity of what you’re actually getting. But in your case they’re legit from 86. That fascinates me to a degree that the newest frostiest highest thc content strains fail to.

My poor sorry clones got moved over to the big tent last night. They have been in 18 hours of light. Yet they appear to look like they revegged. One and three finger leaves. Not sure if the fungus gnat infestation did it? I will say the roots were certainly not as root bound or as large as they should be. I am going to let the soil dry out a little and add the de.

On to the grow tent and new light. It’s on 1 and it made it HOT in that room. Opening the tent didn’t help the temperature it just made the entire room warmer. Up to 86 in the tent flattened at 84 degrees with it open sending my drying tent warmer. Ten degrees warmer than firing up the 5x5. So I opened the door to the room. Blocked part of the entrance with the 2X4 and a hamper to act as a baby gate to keep my dogs out

opening up the door to room has it down to 80 in the room and tent. I am going to have add some type of swamp cooler to try and reduce the temp in this room or will need to have the door open with this light. With that being said above every door in my house there is a ventilation vent. This room and the room next to it someone removed them before I bought this house. House was a hud home, and quite frankly I will say the two rooms were either a grow room or a meth workshop. Nothing to support that. They kind of brand titles of houses here with meth use as if it was manufactured there. Kind of odd but no brand. Some of the fans I pulled out of the house were from a decade before the house was purchased. Anyway if someone can recommend a good ice powered cooler it would be appreciated so I can close this door . I already did the second ac and it was a nightmare causing my entire hvac system to overrun, rest of the house to freeze.

And the whole reason I popped them was for that purpose. I have a male tent that will be setup when they get flipped. I have trust regs for pollen as well. I plan on 10 males and scrapping the rest. But in the Kona and mowie if odds don’t pan out I will breed them together and and keep it Hawaii 86.
I also will once all the fems are moved out will be doing a mass pollenation. Mowie fucks the world type deal. But I got you homie.

Even if you were able to back cross them to themselves, those genes would be valuable. I’m excited to see how they grow and what those buds will look like. It’s like opening a time capsule

man I got 1 big bud out of the stash, but the Kona gold, did really good for 38 years old. Mowie too. Alls I know is back then, well I kept them for a reason you know? i lost them forever and then they popped up. So I kept them even longer because I was all Sméagol’d out. Long germ times
But I have enough for 1 more run, or some choice homies may end up with a crack at them…..depends how thing shake out.

Be very careful the mushroom, a basidiomycete Aminita sps. are poisonous. Deaths are somewhat rare.

I suppose if you’re looking for liver transplant you might enjoy a sauté with your next big fat rare steak.
