I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for.
You don't say that there is an issue with the flavor, just that it's fruity and sweet. And seem to want to know what you are consuming.
I'm not trying to be pedantic here, but the terpenes are what are giving you your flavors. Look at the label: Pinene, Orange Terpenes, Myrcene, Lemon Oil Terpenes are all clearly listed on the label. As well as Vanillin, Citral, and Camphene. All of these should be artificial flavorings. Some of the other chemicals are readily available food stabilizers and additives.
Anyway, terpenes are intrinsically linked to smell, and smell is intrinsically linked to taste. Unfortunately terpenes begin to turn gaseous at a mere 70F. When decarbing weed for edible processing, the terpenes are destroyed in the process. So properly decarbed weed tastes like baked plant matter, and not the fruity, piney, skunky, or whatever else-ey your smokable bud tastes like.
In order to make your various edibles (or even vaping cartridges) taste like yummy things, the processors use food grade terpenes to reinsert flavoring back into the products. These food grade terpenes can be bought in bulk from various online retailers.

I'm not sure if that helped, or was just a regurgitation of what you already knew. But artificial flavoring of nearly any food product is at least partially due to terpene infusion. From what I can see of that label, it's almost exclusively that way.
At least "cannabis flower" is ingredient #1. That's a good sign for a quality product.
