2024 Outdoor/Sexing. Is it too soon?

Yes, same feeding. It is one of the three big ones. It's the same one that has had the issues with the leaves and sugar leaves for a couple weeks.

Yes, same feeding. It is one of the three big ones. It's the same one that has had the issues with the leaves and sugar leaves for a couple weeks.

The white tips and spots are the whey and they do not concern me. They did until a rainfall washed it all away. The look is different with the powdery mildew. I apply whey every 2 days.

One of my plants isn't doing well. Thought she was dead last night. Gave her some water and she perked back up, but it was dark. This morning she just looks really rough.

Not sure if I should just put her out of her misery or what.
mmm plants seem pretty dark green next feeding till finish well have to keep PK higher than N,..

Make sure you are not drowning her! In your neck of the woods, I would think it would take a long time for a pot to dry back! Especially if the plant is not transpiring well! And if the pot is not raised off the ground, a couple of inches!

I get all my male plants out in the early winter the easiest way for me to tell grow several of the same strand and watch them grow males are long and thin females are short and fat never been wrong in years always perfect six for six this year all females

My enclosure is doing great getting ready to put the rest of the sides on two wet in the morning from all the dew

Chuck, she was on death's door last night because she was so thirsty. My plants have only been over watered once and that's when I saturated the soil when uppotting. My state is experiencing doughty status at the moment. They've only received one good rain this late summer. The rest has been me and they are always dried completely back and limp before I water next.

OK, on the nutes. Feel like maybe they should've never been topped dressed with organics when I use the synthetics. May have fecked them up a bit.

@tall boys
Your plants are looking good. You rubbing it in? πŸ₯΄πŸ₯΄πŸ€£
This plant wouldn't survive my early winter where I am. I k kw how to sex now. This was months ago when I was clueless about the plant or the forum.

I don't mind photos at all. More than half of mine were females, so I felt lucky in that department. If I was growing a feck ton, I'd have them sexed for sure. Can be a lot of money and energy wasted maintaining males, if you aren't trying to breed.

The few times I’ve tried top dressing late in the year the plants have expressed dissatisfaction! I think I killed one last year! Early in the year is OK! But late in the year, if I have to add anything, it has to be water, soluble and mixed Thoroughly! But I rarely feed anyway! Just my experience with top dressing! I think the root structure late in the year mandates, soluble feedings!

I don't think I will ever do it this late again. It was several weeks ago, but I hadn't had rain. Feel like the pounding of that 3.5" of rain got all of the top dressing good and deep into the pots. I also think they are tired of the whey. It puts a coating over everything. I have to shower after spraying it; feels like a mask is on my face otherwise.

From past experience, I found that the top three or 4 inches of the pot contains a mat of roots! It just seems to be the best environment for them to prosper in! Water flows through, good, dry backs, warmth, etc.! But then I read were that Matt will filter out about 85% whatever you put on there! So if you’re putting Enough dry amendment for the entire pot 85% of it sticks up in that Matt! Resulting in Burn. And amendments like roots, organic bloom, never seem to really totally dissolve when top dressed! So that sludge gets filtered out by those roots, and I think I can lead to problems! Your wind up with a 4 inch mat of roots, soaking in a bunch of half dissolved sludge! Just a theory of mine, and I am probably full of shit! But throwing it out there! Good luck, sister!

Celebrated oldest nephew's birthday. Homemade chicken marsala, caprese salad (black krim tomatoes from the garden) and homemade apple pie (apples I canned last year) with homemade cinnamon ice cream.
