No worries on any other sprays either. I'm strictly using my whey. I'm too afraid to do anything else at this point and I know the whey is working for the PM, it just leaves a residue. Have to suck it up.

Pretty proud of my lil plants. Fighting off the powdery mildew with the whey. Spraying every 2 days. Stuff is so awful smelly. There is no way around coating yourself as you spray either. If anyone wants a video on how I make it, let me know.

She's been waiting for a week on the same sunflower. Sending off her pheromones. He arrived yesterday. I'd love to get her decapitating him and eating her last meal, but feels a lil weird creeping on them.

No, it doesn't always happen. In fact, new evidence has proven sometimes he will start the attack, often inflicting deadly injuries. There are some species where sexual cannibalism always occurs. I'll check on them later. Report back.

Yes, the queen still has her color and the little still has her hint too. I know they may not make it, but I'm proud of them. And me. Their smell is fabulous.

She's alone now. Don't see sign of him or body parts. She doesn't appear injured. Hopefully, he went elsewhere to make more babies while he still has time. Goldfinch have gotten most of my seeds. Thankful they have left her alone. In case she lays her egg case on these, I'll stack them outback instead of disposing of the dead st

The white tips and spots are the whey and they do not concern me. They did until a rainfall washed it all away. The look is different with the powdery mildew. I apply whey every 2 days.

One of my plants isn't doing well. Thought she was dead last night. Gave her some water and she perked back up, but it was dark. This morning she just looks really rough.

Not sure if I should just put her out of her misery or what.

mmmm the rough one has it been getting the same feeding as the other 3 or is it one of the 3?
