Epsome salt. 1 tsp
She’s getting a little over 24 oz of water/food every other day. Starting to get hard to take pictures with the net in the way lol. Folded a few of the bigger branches under the net. Other than the tips twisting she’s looking good.

Hey good morning everyone! I have missed my posting dates and want to get an update submitted. While I was doing family and life the GMOxOkie grew faster than I could adjust the light and got a little crispy, so im hoping to get the plant and light set up in the flowering side of the shed (which hasn’t happened yet nor have I flipped)
Side note: my wife is home from the hospital and is doing WAAAAYY better! We have to monitor her status hourly for temperatures and pain and what not. As long as she keeps improving without any fevers she doesnt have to go back to the hospital and can stay home! Im still limited in my time spent cultivating but her being home allows me to move a little of my focus back to the room (much needed therapy) the shed is my happy place : )

Went to get a quick photo about an hour before lights out and discovered that the lights weren't on. No idea how long she's been sitting in the dark. I haven't checked on her since last photo day.....so Monday. With the cool/cold temps, she's taking forever to dry out. Watered last on Monday and still needs a day or two until she's dry, I would estimate. That's crazy. This is definitely going to be an interesting experience. Lol

Well I have been sitting here on the sidelines since the start of the contest, with three previous failures to germinate, and one extremely stunted autoflower. So here’s my first update in a while with the Tropicana Cherry from 420 fast buds 🤣🤣
This was taken Sunday after transplanting her, I’ll edit this post and put another picture of her up later today when I get home from work.

thursday 10/3, 1st 2 pics of auto, 2nd 2 pics of reg fem after switch to 12/12 on the 1st of this month, the auto is doing what autos do, also glad to hear bearwater's wife is home & doing good..........

-Strain: Open Pollination “Skunk”

-Media: “organic” amended soil

-Nutes: Dynomyco, EWC, Organic Dry Amendments, Castings Tea, Alaska Morbloom, Fertilizer Tea, Enzyme Tea. Jobe’s Tomato Vegetable and Herb, and Dr. Earth’s Tomato Vegetable and Herb during veg. Chick N Poo and Dr. Earth’s Flower Girl during bloom.







Environment:



-Tent: Mars Hydro 2x4 from Amazon, less than 1/2 price because it was a return. Has a small 1” rip in back, repaired with foil tape, for veg. 4x4 “green hut” tent with Spider Farmer SF4000 for flower

-Light: Off Brand 200 watt full spectrum LED light for veg . Another Amazon return. $65

-HVAC: IPower 4” inline fan with controller, again, Amazon return, ~$50, and a cheap oscillating clip on fan.







Integrated Pest Management:



-Beauveria Bassiana

-Bacillus Thuringiensis Israelensis (BTI)

*Found in Mosquito Bits

-Fresh Earth Worm Castings from Vermicomposting

-Sprout Tea with Caffeine


Thursday Update:

Seams like there is a bit of stretch going on. As I had kinda figured, soil is running low on N. Either the chick n poo at last transplant hasn’t become available yet, or I needed to add more. I too dressed again with 50/50 flower girl and chick n poo, and waters with sprout tea. I Will make a fertilizer tea next watering.

Lots of excess vegetation, will defoliate 14 days after flip.

I trimmed off the fan leaves that were either dead or completely depleted of nutrients. It’s like its own mini rainforest in there.

Strain - White Runtz x Okie
Type - Photoperiod
Germ/Seedling Medium - Happy Frog
Veg/Bloom Medium - Pro-Mix HP Mycorrhizal
Nutrients - Synthetic (Flora Series)
Pot Type/Size - 4.4 liter Air Pot, base moved up 2 rows to make closer to 1 gallon.
Days in Flower - 3

Flip date was about perfect, any longer and I would of needed a bigger tent!
I'm trying to decide whether to let it grow taller now or to train the flowering stretch wider to fill in the rest of the tent.

Can't believe how many leaves grew in a week and a half, I will take care of them in a couple weeks.

Can't wait to see the flowers 😍 x Okie strains have yet to disappoint me!

Feeding nutrients at the same dose as last update.
Armor Si - 1.25 ml/gal
CALiMAGic - 5 ml/gal
Flora Micro - 5 ml/gal
Flora Gro - 5 ml/gal

Friday update: got the light moved along with the sf1000 over to the “flower side” of the shed. Decided to fold the two main branches over. I’m hoping to get the walls built in the next few days🤷‍♂️😂 that sounds way easier when I say it, than when I actually think about it(the logistic). I figure if I can keep the flip date within a week Mike wont kick me out of the comp hahaha!

Friday update
The rqs og kush she short and bushy she in a small tent with some random auto seeds I did give her the prime spot middle under most light I had topped 7 days before flip I hope she’s happy pretty new to indoor growing very different drinking habits for sure would be easy to over water but so far I’m good feeding ff big grow fixing to hit the bloom nutes from Sunday on we shall see if I can keep her green that’s my personal goal for this one try not to burn leaves with nutes
