8 am is the new 6 am. Cars still got lights on going by.

Plants tended to chores done till I get a plate dirty.
No outside today again.
Trying to think what I guy could do on a lazy Friday.
So either book 3 of Fire and Ice or perhaps a 40K or Battletech Novel.
Or just set up some macros with " Its overwatered " and some links I can throw up in 3 seconds.

Hey Marty sad to hear that you’re so right stenosis is a bitch. I’ve had it in my neck for many years now a disk herniated in my neck and is blocking 50% internally when I saw the scan and surgeon explain it to me and said it can’t be repaired I was devastated along with you will be in a wheelchair within 20 years and don’t get rear ended. fack my life

My mother has the same thing AND scoliosis so she's turning into the hunchback of Notre Dame 🤣 Nah but seriously it sucks and even though my parents can go to hell as far as I'm concerned, I still wouldn't wish that upon anybody.

I have my fair share of back issues, as well. All I can say is I am thankful for suboxone. It's used mostly for recovery treatment but it's actually a very effective analgesic. I got tired of going to pain management clinic having them give me tons of opiates making me high af and completely dysfunctional and still in pain. Suboxone takes away 90% of the pain with 0% of the "high" so I can still function.

Glad you're off the codeine. We've all used it and I'd be happy to get another script for the worst of it. I have a script of Flexeril, a muscle relaxer. I take a full one day 1 of pain 8 on 10pt scale. You know what I'm saying😉 Day 2 & 3 I take a half. If needed I'll take another half day 4 but that's it. I also take TCH & CBD caps, home made. Extracting them into coconut oil, 1 gm to 1 oz oil by heat in a Crock pot, not to mention 4 or 5 joints to get through the day😉
