Sub was hardly a shady character. Maybe to some, but hey can't like everybody you encounter. just thought I'd pop in and post some JTR dry nug shots that are like 5 years old maybe older. Buzz was like crack speedy as hell. If you were tired and unmotivated this was that shit. Super lemon pine skunk smell that was very powerful. Flavor pretty much the same although a little lighter. Really has it's place in the MMJ community beautiful up buzz that lasts.

hahah. Thanks for the pictures. I've heard great things about the resin production but was wondering if the buds were dense or fluffy.

I have a bunch vegging... i just took a picture..here u go.

Hey HannaMan,
My experience with it was that the density was pheno dependent. I had 2 fems with huge, dense, meaty buds and 2 that put out buds that were fairly dense, fairly tight/solid nuggetry. And then there was the #4 fem that was classic tropical Sat looking growth structure and while the buds were not "airy" per say, they were a whole lot looser and lighter than the others. Resin production was same story for me. All were respectable no doubt, with some being certainly more trich laden than the others. My #1 and #2 fems come to mind. #1 was a f'cking resin bomb with #2 only slightly less frosty. #2 was everyone's fav with the pungent lemon cleaner/pledge smell and kickass soaring high. I would buy these beans all over again without a doubt.

The pheno I wrote this on was a dense ass nug. My friend has 3 phenos in jars so I'll be checking out the other 2 in a week or 2.

That pic looks like my #2 and #3 fems. 2 & 3 grew fairly similar with 3 stretching a bit more and being lankier but not lanky, if that makes sense. Same leaf profile. #3 had a strong head but head was not as clear and focused as #2, more muddled and confused type high with a good amount of body sensations felt on the way back down. 5 weeks in the #3 had a BEAUTIFUL sour mandarin type smell that changed and morphed into a sweeter kinda mango smell (lost the citrus notes) Reminded me of a few phenos I've ran from different C99 F2 stock. Nice looking plant bro.

Hanna I think you got the sugary pheno. The one I got was wack as fuck until around ay 33 flower and then it strted blowing everything out the water. I was sour as fuc like when is this bitch gonna do the damn thing? Came on slow but when it did nothing but husky nugs all the way to the bottom. Bitch stretch like a 3x piece. Was like a4 foot broad flipped at 14 in it foxtails out a good bit but if you let em flower a little longer than necessary they blockhead up rea nice. Rub the stems should smell like lemons and be very sticky. The one Hanna got looks like the super icey pheno I been seein. I'd claim medium density on mine but my boy got a pretty dense pheno depends on light size 600W or 1K I think. Good luck maino..

Yeah man, I saw you have a "best TGA" thread goin and I was about to post up the link to this report for ya but it looks like you beat me to it. I haven't run a lot of sub gear but I've burned plenty grown by the same friend who ran the JTR and JTR, Deep Purple, and Chernobyl were my favs. DP had some of the best bag appeal around, purpd out from the Urkle (bx'd), and bumped frost from the JTR in the mix. Chernobyl was just good smoke in general, and the JTR killed it all.

Took mine at 70 but I wish I gave it a few more days this was like 6 years ago. Super racey high, some phenos have a super indica high though too. Ya I wanna try chernobyl kinda bad everyone who has grown it says it's kushy and is mad potent. Bitch is a yielder though even the lowers that were like 3FT from hid were meatballs. Good luck man. Querkle was good too, pheno I ran tasted just like urkle but had a crazy spice aftertaste. Purped nicely not that I care but it did. laters

This JTR sounds pretty bad ass for an 8 week flower time. And it's a sativa? I've got some C99 I'm wondering if I should toss it out of the grow room if the JTR is better

IMO the JTR stands above every C99 F2 pheno I've ran from seed in the past couple of years. And the Mosca C99 BX that I harvested along side it. I had a pheno from original Bros. Grimm stock that was a killer and would stand toe to toe with JTR or most anything else. (That was back 2000-01) I've had shitty/no luck finding her again in any of these reworked versions. Just my luck though I suppose. I've read reports from others who have found gems in the F2's & BX's and what not.
