We had guests into the upper 30s yesterday, too.. way worse than the other day that I'd posted a vid on my cage. Fortunately nothing gave, yesterday. Now it's raining.

It used to be start/ middle of August we got the aggressive storms here. We're 2-3 weeks behind what we used to get. I'd say it's worse now except that I remember a tornado that flattened houses within a mile of our house decades ago at the start of August.

Tomorrow is more rain here. I'll take down the rest of my one plant that's further along today. It's easier to have plants that are ready at different times. Some single plants cause a trim marathon all on their own :-).

Saturday, everyone got a feeding of kelp. Still smells good, looks like yuck.
Was painting a friend’s tailgate on Monday. Had it on a saw horse. Caught my little toe on the leg, extremely painful. 3 minutes later caught three more toes on it. Next day my foot is swollen and toes killin me. Thursday my friend texts and says he can’t shoot pool that night. Says he hurt his hip. Of course I say, good payback for my purple swollen foot. Thought about it, hurt your hip? Call him no answer. Call on the way to shooting pool, wife answers. He broke his hip, has to get it replaced. Crazy shit. When he did answer later that night, I told him we were even! So fucked up. Don’t get old, don’t fall off ladders. Don’t paint barefoot. Lucky he’s in good shape, Dr. says he’ll be back in the game in no time.

Your garden is looking great.

I'm sorry to hear about the toes. Barefoot isn't great and sandals can be just as brutal for broken toes. Hip replacements are supposed to be a lot easier than knees. Your buddy will be up and around in no time. Getting old is better than the alternative.

Bear, there’s nothing to it! If you do it now during flower, it’ll look a bit crazy as it regrows, but you know your phenotype and she has plenty of time to get right, mean while when she gets right, you cut another 4-5 clones off and off to the races next round. Plus you know what to expect $

Appreciate the encouraging words ECO! I may get some cuttings : )

I was able to pull some cuttings a few runs ago : ) i made a double tray with perlite in the bottom tray and Rockwool cubes sitting in the upper tray with drain holes. I really liked that method. Im still bent on getting my aerocloner going! Those things get like 99.9% rooting rates! ✌️

Took a couple of the autos out of the crowded area to get some better/individual pics. They're all 1.5-2.5 weeks into flower.

I chopped the rest of the Mango today. One spot of rot only. Roots are out of the ground and everything for the Mangos. 2 plants and an ornamental still in the ground.

Regular year end hanging on a loop of fence. Some of the mango is already in the mesh hanger from earlier cuts.

Eco…never thought it would abbreviate like that! 😆
Listen, get your lowest branches, cut at 45 degree angle under water, after it’s off the plant and try to get the most pliable branches or cut an off shoot of a branch if they are too thick. Gently rub the stem, at the base, on both sides. Not deep!! Lightly!
Dip in hormone powder or gel. I use the cheap stuff from Lowe’s and it’s fine. I don’t put mine in cubes, straight perlite and topsoil mixed. Cover with a baggie, with small holes, or a dome. Keep under light for 24 hrs. Use a small grow led from Lowe’s too. Trim top leaves by 1/3, mist and cover. Let it breath once a day for 5-10 mins: after your first week gently pull plant. If it has resistance, it has roots, if it doesn’t wait another week. High humidity, foliage spray and a bit on the soil occasionally.
You can’t go wrong. Just be patient and make sure you do more than 1 clone. No direct sunlight!
You got it! It’s cheap and effective.
I use relish clear solo cups so I can see root growth after a bit.

Well it is 2025 I haven't been posting like I used to in past years everything went well this year six plants in 4 and 1/2 gallon pots All with seeds that I got from all my previous grows which you can see in my pictures I believe I had three Colombian gold seeds marked in a little package they all turned out to be males but I believe the one plant in the picture the first plant is a Colombian gold I believe the bushier plant the second picture is some sort of hybrid I had white widow and past years I know I got seeds from I have one third plant that looks like it's definitely indica showing by the fan leaf and I believe it could be the purple Hindu Kush that I had because I got seeds from that but I also had AK-47 maybe you experts can tell by these plants the way they're growing. The forum is awesome I love seeing all the names I'm familiar with everyone's growing beautiful smoke.
