Week 5 veg,
She, like a few others I'm doing this season, is destined for the outdoors. I'm not going to top her, I don't think, because she takes after the Sweet Zombie in stature. She should still get pretty large before I put her out for 4-5 months outside. Hoping for a true monster. I'm very proud of this strain that I bred a year ago. To rousing peer reviews. She tastes sugar sweet on the inhale and true OG Kush terps on the exhale. A real favourite. Join me to follow her journey over the next 6-7months.

Week 6 veg:
Removed bottom three sets of leaves, not that you can really tell. Almost certainly won't be topping her because she is too much like her short ass Mumma - Sweet Zombie. Perhaps this pheno will stretch at flowering like it's other parent Hulkberry! Join me on her journey to see how she turns out. Will be transplanting her outside on Nov 1st, by then I expect she will be a real beast ready to tackle the rigours of the upcoming outdoor season.

Week 7 veg:
Oh, wow, this strain, I tell you. Currently half a metre wide and quarter of a metre tall lol! Every time I look at her, I smile just thinking of that OG/Strawberry Kush, Sweet Zombie genetics all blended into this Hulk! THE one and only Hulk Zombie! Tickles me to think how big she will get when planted outside on Nov 1 for the outdoor season. Stay tuned for updates!

Mini week 8 Veg update: I could just tell something was up; she was trying to break the pot. Talk about a Hulk! So I decided to transplant her last night into a 15L (not 12), checking on her now to see how she did and there is no transplantion shock which is good. This 15l pot should hopefully get her through til November 1st, when I transplant her into the outdoors. If it outgrows this pot, then I'll have to lift it out and prune her blimmin roots to slow her down a bit. Come on girl only 7 more weeks hang in there ya freaking beast!

Stalk! Really getting reading to turn these laterals into 4oz branches...aside from just about blowing out her pot she is all good. I expect the next few weeks will see some crazy growth as she settles into her new transitional home.

30cm leaf! Damn Hulk Zombie you scary! Had to take some leaves off for stalk aeration and for a 40cm high plant the fan leaves are massive and really kushy smelling...almost, dare i say Skunky!

Week 9 veg:

Wow did she explode after the transplanting 8 days ago! Im loving her vigour and really enjoying the weird extra fingers showing up on either side of the central finger of the big fan leaves. Something i dont think ive ever seen before! Going to start winding the clock back an hour a week in a fortnight time (October 1) so as to be aligned with the amount of daylight hours that will be naturally occuring outside at the time of transplanting outside on Nov 1st. This slow timing alignment will prevent my plants shocking and going to flower like they would should i just put them out of the tent where they are getting 18 hrs of light to the 13.5 hours of light outdoors. This should insure my plants adjust in the best possible way. From mid October i will be putting them outside for a few hours a day to harden them up for their new life in the wild outdoors! Exciting times ahead..so stayed tuned for more!

Week 11 Veg:
She just grew so wide this last week that the top barely moved, which I think means she has hit the bottom of the pot. Sadly she is just going to have to get by on my marine extraction for another 5 or so weeks. Stay tuned to see if she copes.

Week 12 veg:
Dang! Had to call it!m Her transpiration rate was running at 5 litres a day, that's not sustainable, and if I don't take control now, she is going to hit a wall badly and will take precious veg time to repair..so instead of going through all that ive topped and defoliated her. This should slow down her transpiration significantly
